Endless Nights (Vegas Nights 2)

“Amazing?” he finished for her. He needed to pull out. Discard the condom. Pick her up and carry her to bed and do this all over again.
“Egotistical much?” She was nodding, though, her hair brushing against his jaw. “Yes, it was amazing. But it was also a little crazy.”
“Crazy?” He smoothed his hand along her side, memorizing the curve of her waist, the flare of her hip with his fingers.
Andrea shivered, lifting up her arms so she could wrap them around his neck from behind. The position did amazing things for her body. Thrusting out her chest, her hard nipples beckoning for his touch. “Crazy in a good way. I’ve never, uh, had sex standing up before.”
Hmm. He had a feeling she wasn’t a wild girl, but she certainly was responsive. And so far, up for anything. “I’m to blame for that. I couldn’t wait.”
“I didn’t mind,” she admitted. “I kind of liked that you couldn’t wait.”
He took hold of her chin and turned her face toward his so he could kiss her. He meant for it to be soft and sweet, but the kiss grew hot in an instant. Wet. Deep.
Out of control.
Luke broke away from her, grabbing hold of her hips so he could withdraw from her body. “I’m getting rid of this condom and we’re going back to the bedroom where we can do this properly.”
Her eyes lit up with excitement. “Do it properly?”
“Yeah, in a comfortable bed where I can have my way with you all night and linger over my favorite parts.”
“What exactly are your favorite parts?”
“All of you. Every single bit.” He dropped a kiss to her nose. “Come on, baby. Let me teach you a lesson or two about stamina.”
She grinned up at him. “Has anyone ever told you that your ego is tremendous?”
“All the damn time.” He grinned.
Chapter Four
The morning after a sex-filled night was usually an awkward thing. At least, that’s what Andrea tended to experience. Uncomfortable smiles and stilted conversation as one or the other—depending on whose place you spent the night at—gathered up their clothing as fast as they could and hauled ass home.
Most of the time never to be seen again.
Okay, fine, she’d had a few relationships, but nothing too terribly long-lasting. Nothing outrageously serious. She’d always yearned for serious. Having sex with a pro football player was like a fantasy come to life, but serious? Um, no, not even close.
Turned out, though, the morning after with one sexy-as-hell, unbelievably-talented-in-the-bedroom-as-well-as-out-on-the-field Luke Nelson was a different thing entirely.
Andrea woke up to him kissing her neck, her collarbone, her chest…his mouth drifting across her nipples, teasing her, driving her out of her sleepy mind. She kept her eyes closed, lying there in that deliciously wonderful dreamy half-awake state, her entire body relaxed, muscles loose, her skin warm and becoming warmer everywhere Luke’s lips touched.
He drew a nipple into his mouth and sucked, his tongue swirling, teeth nibbling and making her flinch. No sheets covered them, not even the comforter, and she figured he must’ve pushed them off, exposing her completely, not that she cared.
Never before had she ever felt so appreciated by a man. It was as if Luke worship
ped her body. He touched her, kissed her, stroked her, fucked her with what she could only describe as reverence. The bonus from all that reverence? She’d had so many orgasms since last night she lost count.
“I know you’re awake,” he said, his voice this low, husky rumble that made her tremble. “I just ordered room service. We have twenty-five minutes until they’ll be here. How many orgasms do you think I can give you by the time they’re knocking on the door?”
Knowing him and his single-minded pursuit, she would guess many, many times.
She went weak just thinking about it.
“Tell me,” he encouraged, his mouth on her belly. “Make a guess.”
“I don’t know,” she mumbled, keeping her eyes closed. There was something about not letting anything distract her from the feeling of his talented mouth on her skin. Nothing else like it in the world. “Two?”
He made a dismissive noise. One that said, That’s all you think I’ve got?
