“Don’t get too comfortable,” he warned as he disentangled her legs from his shoulders and pulled away from her. “We still have time.”
“We do?” she asked, her voice faint, her head spinning.
“Yeah. And we’re going for number three.” He grabbed her by the waist and swung her around as if she weighed nothing, positioning her so she was on her stomach, her arms above her head, her legs spread. “Get on your knees, baby. Ass up.”
Good lord, she didn’t know if she would be able to get into position. Her limbs were weak, she felt boneless and her heart was still thumping like crazy.
But on first touch of his hands on her ass, spreading her wide and getting her ready, she knew she would give it the old college try.
“You have terrible luck,” Luke murmured close to Andrea’s ear as he steered her away from the roulette table.
She made a sad face, her full lips in a half frown, half pout, but her eyes were sparkling. “I can’t help it if the odds were against me.”
“Yeah, well, your odds were terrible.” He took her hand and brought it to his mouth, dropping a kiss on her knuckles. “You lost all my money.”
Something flashed in her gaze, and the frown went from playful to real. “I’m sorry about that. I’ll pay you back.”
“Hell no.” He shook his head, pulling her close so he could drop a kiss on her lips. It didn’t matter if they were in the middle of the busy casino on a crowded Saturday afternoon. He didn’t care who saw them together. Not that anyone was paying them any mind. “I don’t care about the money. You were having fun, right?”
Andrea nodded, her gaze never leaving his. Damn, she was pretty. She’d given up spending time with her friends to be with him. He still didn’t know what came over him, but he knew he didn’t want her to leave. Not after that amazing night and most of the morning they spent together.
She agreed readily and sent a text to her friends reassuring them she was fine. Then she gave him a sultry smile and said she was, quote, “all his”.
Yeah. He liked the sound of that way too much. His ex-girlfriend Raquel wouldn’t give up shit to spend time with him near the end of their relationship. He didn’t realize just how selfish she was until he spent a few hours with Andrea. She was the complete opposite of selfish.
After they ate a huge breakfast, they took showers—separate because he knew, he knew that he wouldn’t be able to keep his hands off of a soapy, wet Andrea—and then he’d called in and purchased her a dress via one of the exclusive shops in the hotel since she had nothing to wear beyond the sexy outfit from last night. She’d insisted she could go back to her hotel room and pick up her suitcase, but he knew if she did that reality would come crashing down, bursting the little bubble they were in.
So he bought her a ridiculously expensive dress that she looked ridiculously beautiful in, though she wore no underwear beneath it, since they’d somehow misplaced the lacy ones she had on last night.
Talk about driving him crazy.
Once the dress arrived and he convinced her she didn’t need any makeup or anything else but the dress, they’d come down to the casino, wandering around, playing a few machines, stopping at the occasional table until she finally tried her hand at roulette and failed miserably. He figured they could hang out, maybe end up going to have some lunch eventually.
But he didn’t want lunch. He didn’t want to gamble or hang out or do any of that shit. He wanted to take her back up to his suite, strip her out of that cute dress and fuck her into Sunday morning.
Yeah. Classy. Romantic. Real smooth. He was denying himself because being around her turned him into a horny dickhead with only one thing on his mind.
Getting Andrea naked.
“What do you want to do now?” A melodic song came from a machine nearby and she started to head toward it. “I think video poker is calling my name.”
“Hey.” He grabbed hold of her arm, stopping her pr
ogress. “I have a better idea.”
“What?” She smiled up at him, and seeing her pretty curved lips, he felt like he could conquer the world, beat any team he ever had to play, as long as he got to come home to a smile like that every night for the rest of his life.
What the ever-lovin’ fuck, dude? Thinking about forever with her? You don’t even really know her.
He’d just been burned too. Raquel had messed with his head, and not because he’d been in love with her. More like she drove him crazy by always calling him and begging for him to reconsider their breakup.
There’d been nothing for him to reconsider. They were through. He didn’t miss her. His overwhelming attraction to Andrea more than made that clear.
“All I can think about is you walking around with no panties on,” he murmured. That was no lie. He could hardly concentrate, seeing her ass twitch beneath her skirt as she walked, knowing she was bare beneath the thin fabric.
“Luke,” she chastised, but he silenced her with a look.
“Let’s go find you some lingerie.”
