He groaned deeply, reaching up to grab a fistful of my hair. “Yes, Fox. You’re special. And you’re good at this.”

“I am?” I asked, trying and failing to hide the surprise in my voice. I’d certainly never jerked somebody off before, much less someone straddling me from above, at an angle that was different even if it was hot as hell.

“Very,” he uttered, his voice breaking off a little, like he was close to coming. “Maybe we won’t hate each other so much if we just do this every once in a while.”

“You think I hate you, huh?” I asked, stroking his cock a little faster now.

“Of course,” he said.

“I’ve thought about that kiss every night since it happened,” I said, my voice low. My body felt molten after I said it, like I’d just confessed something that I hadn’t even known I needed to.

Sam’s eyes went a little wide, and I felt his cock throb in my hand. “You really are a liar.”

“I’m not.”

“Fuck off,” he said. But I felt him bucking his hips, thrusting into my fist like he was trying to fuck my hand.

“I thought about it, and I dreamed about it,” I whispered. “I wanted more. Don’t tell me you didn’t think that kiss was hot, too.”

He let out a shaky breath. “It was hot.”

“It was fucking good,” I said. “And I want you to come all over me so I can dream about this, now, too.”

“Oh God—” he said, losing control as he fucked harder into my hand. In another moment he moaned softly, and I knew he was there.

“All over me,” I whispered again, and his eyes squeezed shut. I felt him pulse in my hand as he came, spilling all over my chest and stomach and hand, breathing heavy.

I felt like I’d just won. Making him come was even better than having done it myself. I hadn’t even known I would even be capable of it.

He collapsed back onto the other lounge chair pressed up right beside mine. In the dim glow of the ambient light, we looked like a mess—robes splayed open, covered in cum, drunk and worn out.

But for the first time all day, I felt truly satisfied. I had no brainpower to actually think about what we’d just done, but it wasn’t time to face reality yet, anyway.

“Fuck,” I heard him whisper gently beside me. My eyes were getting droopy. I reached out to my side, squeezing his hip.

“I know,” I murmured. “I know.”

“We should…” he said, trailing off for a moment. “We should go rinse off in the pool showers.”

“Yes,” I agreed. “We will. Just a few minutes.”

He hummed in reply, and I felt his head nestle at the crook of my neck, above my shoulder.

Good. So good.

Before I knew it, I was drifting off beside him, comfortable in a way I’d never experienced before.

Sam

“Hey. Wake up, sleepy head,” I said, gently shaking Fox. I’d let him take a twenty-minute catnap beside me, resting after we’d come. Most guys got sleepy after coming, but for some reason, it had never been that way for me.

“Mmm,” he hummed gently, his eyelids fluttering open, revealing his silvery eyes in the dim light. He was too goddamn handsome for his own good. I knew if I stayed watching him wake up, all adorable and sweet and hot, I was going to lose myself in a long list of affectionate thoughts I shouldn’t have for him at all.

So I got up and peeked out of the curtains as I waited for him to quit being all cute and groggy. I glanced all around the deck. Nobody was nearby, in the hot tub or pool or any of the chairs. It must have been late by now, but the pool was technically open twenty-four hours a day.

I pushed open the curtains on the front of the cabana before returning to the lounge chairs. We had our robes safely tied up now, so if anyone was out for a late night stroll, they wouldn’t get an eyeful of our cocks.

“Look at that,” I said to Fox, gesturing at the view as I lay back down on my lounge chair.

The moon was up high in the sky now, lighting the city below.

“It’s beautiful,” he said, sitting up a little straighter on his chair.

“I’ve never seen anything like that before,” I said. “There isn’t even a building in Amberfield tall enough to see something like this.”

“That was one of my favorite things about moving to the city,” he said softly. “I swear, it still gets me when I’m in tall buildings. I look out and all I can think is that so many people never get to see it.”

I hummed. “I’m surprised you didn’t get used to it after a year or so.”

“You think I just forgot about my past after one year of living in New York?”
