“I’m going grocery shopping to get snacks for the kids, meeting my friends for lunch, and then helping one of them pack and move.”

“That sounds nice.” Jason nipped the curve of Abe’s ear as he rolled the condom onto his swollen shaft. “The condom’s prelubricated. Do you need more?”

“No, I’m good.” Abe shook his head and tilted his ass up. “Just go slow.”

Jason slid between Abe’s legs, parted his cheeks, and rubbed his cock over Abe’s cleft while he kissed and licked his back.

“Ungh,” Abe moaned, and he tensed as Jason slid his thick shaft inside the small, tight hole. When Jason fully breached the welcoming passage, Abe sighed in pleasure. “Yes,” he whispered.

“Love how hot and tight you are inside.” Jason rocked in and out, all the while brushing his lips over whatever part of Abe he could reach.

They moved in concert, hips connecting and parting through the gentle joining, both of them moaning softly. When the need for more pressure and speed became too intense to ignore, Jason slipped his arms under Abe’s, grasped Abe’s shoulders, and held on tightly while he pumped his hips.

“Fuck. Yes. Love this.” Jason dragged his teeth over Abe’s nape and tugged on his skin. “Uh, uh, uh,” he grunted his way through the pleasure, holding Abe immobile as he thrust inside one last time and spilled long and deep.

Giving himself a few seconds to catch his breath, Jason trembled and gnawed on Abe’s shoulder before gently pulling out. He urged Abe onto his back and then crouched over him and took Abe’s hard, pink shaft into his mouth.

“Jase!” Abe cried out. He undulated his hips while Jason licked and sucked on his cock, and before long, Abe moaned in satisfaction and pulsed thick streams of ejaculate into Jason’s mouth.

“Christ.” Jason kissed Abe’s belly. “I want to skip work and stay in bed with you all day.”

“We’ll do that next weekend.” Abe combed his fingers through Jason’s hair and massaged his scalp.

“Okay,” Jason said with a deep sigh as he sat up. He pulled off the condom, got out of bed, and kissed Abe’s forehead. “Go back to sleep. I’ll see you after work.” Jason grabbed the wayward comforter off the floor and laid it over Abe, who was already closing his eyes.

HOLDING UP his iPhone, Donny called out to his sister, “Hey, Kris. I just asked Siri if she has any advice for you, and she said the clown makeup and slutty clothes aren’t enough to get a guy interested.”

Though she stumbled, the distraction was only momentary, and then Kristen ignored her brother, who was sprawled across the couch in the family room, and walked into the kitchen, where Jason was working on dinner. “Where’s Mr. Gree—uh, Abe?” she asked. “Isn’t he going to eat with us?”

“Abe is helping a friend pack and move,” Jason said in response to Kristen’s question. “But he should be home soon.” He looked at his daughter appraisingly and said, “That’s not what you were wearing when I picked you up, is it?”

Though he rarely paid attention to clothing, he was pretty sure Kristen hadn’t been wearing a short, tight dress when she got into his car in front of the community college. Donny was training as a junior lifeguard at the country club where Angela had a membership. But Kristen had forgone the opportunity for mindless fun and instead signed up for a full slot of summer classes.

“Nuh-uh.” She shook her head and wandered over to the refrigerator. “I changed.” She stood in front of the open door but didn’t reach for anything inside. “So he’s on his way now?”

Taking another careful look at his daughter’s clothing, Jason thought about her question and Angela’s comments that Kristen spoke about Abe often and glowingly. Generally, he felt nauseous at the prospect of his daughter dating or having any interactions with males, so he avoided discussing it at all costs. But he couldn’t ignore the possibility that she had a crush on Abe. It would make their already stressful life painfully awkward for everyone.

Gathering up his nerves, Jason said, “Kristen, there’s no easy way for me to ask this.” He cleared his throat and stirred the pot of water. He was waiting for it to boil so he could add spaghetti to it, but for now it was just water, which didn’t require stirring. Needing something to do with his hands, he stirred anyway. “But did you get dressed up to impress Abe?”

“Why would I—” Kristen gasped. “Dad! No. Gross. Mr. Green is old!”

“Old?” Jason looked over his shoulder at her. “He’s twenty-six, almost twenty-seven.” Which made Abe a little more than eleven years older than Kristen, who was fifteen, and a little less than eleven years younger than Jason, who would be turning thirty-seven on July 31, which was only a month away. The calculation made his already queasy stomach lurch.
