Disappointment races through me as he nods and begins to turn away. They look so delicious…
“We’ll have one of each.” Mason stares at me as he orders. “Just leave the tray.”
He nods to the empty space on the table as my mouth waters. The waiter gives me a knowing smile, puts down the desserts and backs away.
“Sweets are my weakness,” I start, battling the urge to just plunge my face into the creamy goodness laid out in front of me. “In case you haven’t noticed by my cereal preferences.”
“Well, in case you haven’t noticed by my preferences for your sweet flavor…you’re my weakness.”
Mason looks at me while my inner core pulses and quivers. He’s staring at me like I’m one of the desserts and starts feeding me bites of each while I moan and close my eyes.
Each bite seems better than the last until I feel like I’m going to burst.
“Enough. I can’t, I’m so full it’s starting to hurt.”
“That’s what you said earlier today.”
I blush, looking down and lowering my voice, aware that the room isn’t empty, even if we’re in our own private world.
“Ha, ha. Yes, I did. Seems you like to fill me up in lots of ways.”
He reaches across the table and runs his thumb over the corner of my mouth, bringing back a bit of whipped cream and licking it off. “That I do.”
He wraps up with the waiter, then walks us to the exit with me on his arm like he’s a proud lion. As we pass, a table of what look like businessmen drinking scotch and being a bit too loud look at me. Mason sidesteps toward them, glaring and growling as he pulls me next to him.
A few minutes later, the valet has brought the car around and we are pulling down Sugar Road instead of back toward his house.
“Where are we going?”
“It’s a surprise.” He reaches over and runs his hand along the back of my neck with a squeeze, and my nipples tingle and tighten.
He doesn’t say anything else until we pull in at the Kissme Bay Marina. The scent of the lake and the sound of the tide rolling on the shore fill my senses, as he comes around to my side, opens the door for me and pulls me toward a long dock.
“I love the water,” I say and he looks down, nodding.
“I know. You told me one of your dreams was to have a boat someday.”
“Yeah. Someday…” I look down the dock wistfully as we walk. I see at the other end a huge power yacht, strung with white lights, and my stomach starts to flip.
I swallow as we get closer, my heart beginning to speed. Mason is heading us right toward the gangway.
“What’s this?”
“It’s the Jenny.”
“What?” I squint, confused.
“If you don’t like it, we can trade it for something else, but I wanted to give you something special. I want to fulfill your dreams, little flame. This isn’t a sailboat, that’s not my specialty but it is my brother’s, so someday we’ll both learn to sail. But for now…”
“Wait, this is too much…”
“Nothing is too much.” He tips his head toward the stairs. “Up you go. It’s all ready, a little night cruise…we’ll christen it.”
I feel my cheeks warm and heart pounds as he smacks my ass going up the stairs. I’m not sure how big the boat is, thirty feet maybe? Maybe more.
It’s gleaming white and chrome with a huge open deck toward the stern and an interior flickering with candles and more flowers, just like in the restaurant.
“I feel like a princess.”
I walk around, letting my fingers drift to the surfaces as two men appear on the dock, tossing the mooring lines onto the boat, then silently coming on board to secure the lines, nodding to Mason before disappearing without a word as he heads toward the captain’s station where the engine is already humming.
“You are a princess. My princess,” he says as he revs the engine and pulls the boat away from the dock into the dark water.
It’s all too much and thank you seems such an insignificant way to show my appreciation. Besides, he looks so handsome in his suit, the outline of his hard cock making my mouth water as much as the desserts back at the restaurant.
“You are my captain,” I say as I press myself against him, running my hands down his chest.
His pupils dilate, his brows pulling together with that look that tells me he wants the same thing I do.
The water laps at the sides of the huge boat as I step back, low lights filling the open space as I reach around and tugging the zipper down on my dress, biting into my bottom lip as a mischievous smile tugs at my lips.
“What you have planned there, baby?”
