As he sucked on her clit, she wrapped her legs around his shoulders, deepening his drive into her. He continued sucking and nipping on her pussy and clit until she reached an earth-shattering, body-shaking orgasm.
Sensations rolled through her, wave after wave, releasing all the pressure that had been building.
She wanted to scream, but remembered the driver. “Oh my God, Greg,” she said as softly as possible in her current state. Overcome with trembles, she closed her eyes.
He moved back next to her in the seat, holding her close. She leaned her head into him, slowly feeling her body calm.
When she was completely relaxed, he reached for her panties and helped her pull them up. Then he refastened her bra and zipped up her dress.
He kissed her softly. “I love you, sweetheart. I love you with all my heart.”
She wished she could say it back to him. In her heart, she knew she felt the same for him. But how could she? As much as she wanted to stay in Wilde, she knew she couldn’t. The lifestyle that Mary had chosen wouldn’t work for her. Greg and Grant had made it clear they both wanted her. And God help her, she wanted both of them. But she couldn’t understand how two men could love her and be happy.
Chapter Thirteen
The afternoon bachelorette party had been a huge success. All the women of Wilde had turned out to welcome their newest neighbor.
Maude loved seeing Mary so happy. She still couldn’t believe that in three days her little sister was going to be married.
She looked at the clock on the stove. 5:20 pm.
The cleanup was almost done. All the dishes except the crystal glasses were in the dishwasher. She was washing the glasses, Mary was drying them, and Carol was putting them away in the cabinets.
“Sis, when are you going to tell us about your dates with the Strong brothers?” Mary asked her. “How did they go?”
“They were both perfect gentlemen, and I had a very good time.”
“Is that all you’re going to tell us, sweetheart?” Carol said. “I need to know more than that. What about you, Mary?”
“Absolutely, I need to know more.” Turning her direction, Mary folded her arms over her chest. “Out with it, Maude. We want details. Where did each of them take you? What did you do?”
“Grant took me to Strong and Wilde Lake.” She smiled, recalling the wonderful day they’d spent together. “He let me drive his boat. We swam and had an excellent lunch.” As she continued giving all the wonderful details of the date, Mary and Carol smiled.
“And how about Greg?” Mary asked. “What was the date like with him?”
“Amazing. He’s a pilot and has his own plane. He flew me to Reno to have dinner.”
“How romantic,” Carol said.
“It was. Giovanni’s has the most incredible food. I felt like a princess. Greg even let me fly his plane. Both dates were the best I’ve ever had in my life.”
“You sound like a woman falling in love to me, sis.”
She felt her eyes well up. “I’m just so confused.”
“Sounds like pie and coffee time to me.” Carol put up the last glass. “You know we’re here for you.”
“Yes, I know you are, Mom, and I have been dying to talk to both of you about this.”
“Why haven’t you?” Carol cut them each a slice of chocolate cake and started a pot of coffee.
“Because I didn’t want to spoil Mary’s bachelorette party.”
Mary placed her hand on her shoulder and looked her straight in the eyes. “You’re more important to me than any party, and you know that.”
“Just the same, I knew I would be able to talk to you and Mom after it was over.”
“Everyone is gone and everything is cleaned up,” Carol said. “Let’s sit down and work this out.”
