She screamed and her body seemed to have a mind of its own, writhing between the two men that had given her a second orgasm, this one more intense and powerful than the one before.
Bane and Adam increased their thrusts, slamming into her with abandon. They came together, each groaning her name like a prayer. “Em. Oh, Em. Yes.”
She was completely and utterly spent, and yet her body continued to vibrate wildly. “I had no idea it could be like this.” Her words came out breathy and so very shaky. Being still or quiet was impossible. “Thank you. My God. I–I can’t believe how great I feel. I just love sex. I love it so much.”
They laughed and held her tight.
She smiled. “I love it so much with you.”
“Baby, you’re one in a million.” Bane pressed his mouth softly to hers.
“One in a billion, bro.” Adam kissed the back of her neck.
Her heart was opening up to them. As she fell asleep in their arms, she realized life had never been better.
Her cell rang.
“Oh God. Not again.” The sunrays were coming through the blinds on the window. It’s morning. She sat up, all her muscles tensing.
“What’s the matter?”
She didn’t answer, but reached over Bane to grab her phone off the nightstand. When she saw that the call was from Autumn, her shoulders relaxed. “Nothing is the matter. It’s one of my girls.” She held her index finger to her lips, asking them to be silent.
They nodded.
“Hey, sweetheart.”
“Hi, Mom. Have you found a place yet?”
“Yes, honey. Everything is going well. I have a job and a new place.”
“What kind of job did you get?” Autumn’s curiosity always made her smile.
“I’ll tell you all about it when I get back to Grandma and Grandpa’s house?”
“When are you coming, Mom? I miss you so much.”
“I miss you, too, sweetheart. I will be coming back shortly to pick up our things to move into our new house. And as soon as school is out, I will return and get you and Andrea.” That was only a month away, thank God. Any more, and she would’ve transferred them to Wilde’s middle school. She hated being away from them, but she knew it was for the best in the short term.
“I have a concert this weekend. Will you be here for that?”
“Yes, honey. I wouldn’t miss it for anything.”
“Oh good, Mom. I can’t wait to see you and I can’t wait to move to Wilde.”
“You are going to love our new place. You and Andrea will each get your own room.”
“Really? My own room?”
She grinned. “Yes. Your own room.”
“Can I decorate it myself?”
She wondered what wild color she would like. “Yes. Let me talk to Andrea.”
“She’s shopping with Grandma. Larry is here.”
The tone in Autumn’s voice changed when she mentioned her dad’s name. Emma didn’t find that strange at all, since her daughter didn’t really know him. What she did find odd was how much time Larry was spending with the girls. He’d never shown much interest in them before. She’d seen him disappoint them so often by breaking so many promises and not showing up when he had said he would. He better not break their hearts again.
