“What does Daddy want?”
There are a million answers I could give, all equally correct, but one rises above the rest. “I want another child.”
“Another child?” she says bringing her hands up to her cheeks as if she’s amazed at my reply.
I toss her on the bed and unbuckle my belt before sliding it through the hoops.
“That’s why Daddy’s going to hold you down, even if you squirm. Daddy’s going to make sure his gift stays buried deep inside you tonight, so we have another blessing to share our home with.”
Before her, I was just a sinner, an Italian mafia man, without a future. Once I found her I found my angel, and now I say words like blessing…something I never would have said in my prior life as a mobster.
But that all changed when her dad got reacquainted with his mafia friend. And now I’m her Italian Mafia Daddy.
And she’s my everything. Forever.
“You ready to play, little girl?”
“You know my answer,” she giggles. “When it comes to you it’s always the same. Yes, Daddy.”
“I love you, piccolina.”
“I love you papà.”
