Struck Love

There is no fighting it. My balls draw up so tight it’s almost painful. Black spots dance in my eyes. My knees buckle as I start to come inside of her. I drop to my knees, keeping a tight hold on her. She straddles me, her ass sitting on my thighs.
I bury my face in her neck trying to catch my breath. The warm water sprays over us. I don’t know how long we stay like that, but I finally get up when the water starts to run cold.
“You okay?” she asks as I dry her off with a towel.
“I’m supposed to be asking you that.”
“I told you.” She shrugs. “I knew you’d come for me.” She has so much faith in me.
“I’ll always come for you.”
That first night I knew I wanted Olivia more than my next breath. That I would have her no matter what. But I also thought with time this need that always comes over me would lessen once I knew she was mine. I’d been so wrong. If anything, it has only grown more intense. The devil himself couldn’t have kept me from finding her.
“I know.” She lifts up on her tiptoes, offering me her mouth. I take it. Hell, I’ll take anything she’ll give me. I need to get some clothes on her before I end up back inside of her. I pull back when a loud pounding comes from the side door into my place.
“Clothes,” I order. We both quickly get dressed. I’m not surprised when I open the door and see all the Hart men standing there.
“Where is he?” I ask.
“Are you going to invite us in?” David asks even as he pushes his way in. He makes a beeline for Olivia. I let him. As much as I don’t want to share her right now, I get it. All of them came rushing when they knew Olivia was in danger. It’s hard to dislike men who you know will always try to keep her safe. Even if they hate me.
“Back in jail where he belongs,” Ben answers, inviting himself in too. Kane follows right behind him. I’m surprised when he offers me the side of his fist to bump.
“This place is nice. Never would have thought so from the outside. Looks like you’re inside a condo and not some giant warehouse,” Ben says as he checks my place over.
“A lot of things are not as they seem,” David responds as he wraps Olivia in a hug. “How are you holding up?” He kisses the top of her head.
“I’m fine.” She smiles up at her dad. Her cheeks flush. “I’m even better if all of you are getting along.” Hope lights up in her eyes. I’d do anything to keep it there. Including kissing her brother's asses if I have to.
“Let’s not get—” Ben smacks Kane in the chest, shutting him up.
“We’re fine, Ollie,” he finishes for him. “Besides. We brought your car back and the bag you dropped.” Ben holds up a white plastic bag.
“Ben!” she hisses as she rushes over and snatches the bag out of his hand. The whole room grows quiet. Olivia’s face starts to turn even redder. All the Hart men glare over at me. I’m clearly missing something. I know they already hate me, but this is something else entirely.
“You really think knocking our sister up is a good way to win our favor?” Ben drawls, folding his arms over his chest.
“Oh my God!” This time it’s Olivia that hits Ben.
“Babe. Come here.” I motion for her to get her little ass over to me. She scurries over quickly toward me.
“Did she really just come when he told her to?” Ben says under his breath.
I take the bag from her hand and look inside. Yeah, she's never leaving my sight again. I don’t care if I have to retire and be her full-time bodyguard.
“Babe?” Her teeth sink into her bottom lip.
“We just came by to let you know Eddie is handled. And to thank you for finding our girl,” David says. “It might take time for us all to be good, but I think it’s clear you’re going to take care of her and treat her right.”
“Or you won’t be as lucky as Eddie,” Ben drawls.
Eddie isn’t going to be lucky. I never said I was done with him. A prison isn’t going to stop me.
“I don’t think Eddie is going to have any luck on his side,” Kane says. A smirk pulls at his lips. He clearly knows I’m far from done with Eddie. To me he’s Copper and under the jurisdiction of the club. Our laws are different. And I plan to enforce that law.
“I’ll expect everyone at Sunday’s dinner,” David announces. “We’ll leave you all to it.” They hug Olivia goodbye. David stops when he goes to pass me by. “She’s my little girl.”
