“I fucking lied.” His fingertip slid between my folds. “Already soaking wet.”

I’d been damp since his blood hit my tongue.

He parted my folds with his thumbs and put his mouth on me. That mouth … oh, it went to work all right. Suckled and nipped and licked. I was a trembling, moaning, needy mess by the time he stood and shoved one finger inside me.

“Has anyone else been in here since I last had you?” he asked.

I thought about telling him that was none of his business, but I didn’t want to argue right now. I wanted to get royally fucked. So I shook my head.

A growl rattled his chest. “Good.” He added another finger, sucked my nipple into his mouth, and then began pumping his fingers hard and fast. Even better, he used his free hand to expertly play with my clit. Whoever said men couldn’t multi-task?

Gripping his shoulders tight, I closed my eyes and let my head fall back. The guy should seriously give a class on foreplay, because yowza. With his thumb rolling around my clit, his fingertips rubbing my g-spot, and his hot mouth tugging on my nipple, I had no hope in hell of lasting long. My release hit me out of nowhere, sweeping me up in a hot rush. That was when he set me on the countertop and thrust his cock balls-deep inside me, which only drew the pleasure out.

He fucked me through my orgasm, grunting against my neck. I clung to him, loving the feel of his dick tunnelling into me again and again. He was long and fat, stretching and filling me like no one else ever had.

I sucked in a breath as his teeth grazed my pulse.

“Ask me to feed from you,” he rumbled. The sharp nip to my earlobe shot right to my clit. “Ask me. I need to know you want it.”

I licked my lips. “Feed from me.”

Still fucking me hard, Ryder nicked my flesh and lapped at the blood that dotted the surface. He groaned. “Do you know what you taste like?”

“What?”

“Mine, sweet girl. You taste just like you’re mine.” His teeth sank down, his cock began to thrust harder, his fingers dug deeper into my thighs … and I freaking imploded. Pleasure violently tore through me. I screamed, arched, scratched, shook, only distantly aware of Ryder’s hot come splashing my inner walls as he found his own release.

I sagged forward, breathing hard. Mother of God, I’d needed that. Probably shouldn’t have done it, but needed it all the same. I’d give myself a hard time about it tomorrow night.

CHAPTER SEVEN

(Maya)

My eyes closed, I let myself float in the pool, enjoying the drag and pull of the rippling water. The evening had been awful. More hunting. More killing. More dead, ravaged animals. My entire squad had been left feeling so down in the dumps that Cassie had suggested we all come to the private pool behind the mansion—it was often referred to as ‘the bat pool,’ due to it being the shape of a bat with outstretched wings—and just relax for a little while.

How Fletcher and his boyfriend, Norm, had heard about our little gathering, I wasn’t sure. But the cute couple had joined us half an hour ago. Which I was glad of, because they were hilarious. And so now we were all doing our best to chill.

Some people were in the pool with me, lazing or swimming. Others were stretched out on recliners, chatting or just enjoying a little moonbathing. Norm, well, he kept doing belly flops while Fletcher huffed and sent him looks of judgement.

I hadn’t been so sure that a dip in the pool would help relax me much. But the tension had left my body little by little as time went by. There was something very calming about listening to the water lapping against the edges of the pool, the waves crashing against the rocks, the palm fronds scraping together in the breeze, and the murmurs and chuckles of my friends. Yeah, we’d needed this.

Keeley made a noise of complaint. “How sad is it that the bubbling push of water from the pool jet is the most action I’ve had in a while?”

Snickering, I opened my eyes. “Get your kicks where you can.”

“It’s your own fault that you’ve had no action,” Fletcher told her, standing under the showerhead and letting the spray wash his body and patter against the floor tile. “You’re too fussy, my girl. I’m always hearing blokes complain that you turned them down.”

“So am I,” said Paige, her eyes on Keeley. “I’m starting to think there must be one guy in particular that you want and you’re waiting for him to make his play.”

Keeley shrugged one shoulder. “Okay so, yeah, there’s someone.”

I righted myself instantly, placing my feet on the rough pool floor. “Ooh, tell us more. Who is he?”
