Belong Together (Three of Us 2) - Page 12

My eyes drift closed as Levi falls over me, peppering kisses all over my face. “Rest,” he whispers in my ear. “Zeke will be home soon.” My pussy clenches around his cock, still inside me. This makes him chuckle. “You are a greedy girl.”

I sigh in agreement. I always will be when it comes to them.

Chapter Six

Zeke

It’s almost dawn when I finally stumble through my door. Lines of code are still whirring in my brain and I swear I’m still seeing matrix-like neon green numbers falling in front of my eyes against a black backdrop.

“You had a late night,” murmurs a soft voice.

My tired eyes land on Olivia’s beautiful face and the code evaporates like smoke. She loops her arms around my neck and presses her lush, sweet-smelling body against mine. I lift her up so I can press my face against her collarbone. God, she feels good. She has a puffy robe on, but underneath she’s got a silky nightie that feels slippery in my hands. I tighten my grip and slide her slowly up and down my frame. Her hands twine into my hair, nails scratching lightly across my scalp.

I hadn’t realized that this would be one of the perks I’d have when she came to college. I’d spent a lot of time fantasizing about what we’d do in bed, but not much about what we’d do out of it.

But this soft welcome-home hug? I could get addicted to that as easily as I am to her kisses.

“You, too,” I mutter, pressing my lips into the hollow of her throat. Her heart beats steadily under my lips. That, too, is strangely comforting. I love Olivia, always have, but I didn’t know how great it would feel to be this close to her without sex.

She drops a kiss on the top of my head and then wriggles free. She grabs my hand and leads me over to the kitchen table. “Sit. I know you’re tired, but I know you, so your head is full and you need to unwind. I made you a cup of tea. Drink this while I make eggs and toast for you.”

I stare down at the pale brown liquid with a sense of unease. Tea? When have I ever drunk tea? “No coffee?” I ask, tipping the cup and watching a few dark pieces settle into the bottom.

“You can’t have caffeine. You’re going to drink the tea, eat these eggs I’m scrambling and then you’re going to bed.”

I make a face. “Levi loved the tea,” Olivia informs me. “He says he drinks it all the time for its health benefits.”

“No way.” I’ve never in my life seen my twin drink anything but sports drinks and milk.

“Yes way. It’s very beneficial. I gave you chamomile and it’s meant to help calm you and aid in digestion.”

Fucking would calm me and aid in digestion, I think, but I keep that to myself. This is the first time Olivia’s made something for me, so even if it was cow shit, I’d eat it and ask for more. I tip the entire cup down my throat in one gulp.

The tea tastes like leftover peanut juice, but I swallow it down because Olivia made it. She sets a plate full of heaping eggs and dark toast in front of me and slays me with a full wattage smile as she inspects my empty cup.

“Good boy.” She pats me on the head.

Suddenly, I love tea. While I’m shoveling the food inside my mouth, she gives me an update on her morning.

“Levi left to run and then he has practice. He wouldn’t let me make anything for him. He says he eats something in the training room.”

“Yeah, they all have special diet plans.”

“Oh, that’s nice. So I’ll just be cooking for you and me most of the time? Will that change once he’s out of season?”

“He can still get food from the training room. There’s always shit there, but we order out a lot too.” I wipe my mouth with the napkin and shove the empty plate away from me.

“I’ve got a few recipes I want to try out. Maybe on the weekend,” she says as she wipes out the frying pan.

“Just put the pan in the sink, babe. I’ll wash it later.”

“Also, I need more of your, ah, tea,” I improvise when I see her hesitating. Olivia abandons the pan and returns to the table to pour me another serving. I stare at it and wonder if I look long enough it will magically turn into coffee. It doesn’t, so I gulp the foul stuff down in one swallow.

“Done.” I gather up the mug and plate so she doesn’t think I need a refill. Olivia wipes down the table and stove and I wash the dishes. It’s nice—this togetherness. I set the wet pan on the drying rack and wipe off my hands. Olivia rinses out the sponge and takes the towel from me. She drapes it over the edge of the sink and then takes my hand in hers.
