Cast the Cards - Page 45

Taking him into her mouth, she hollowed her cheeks and opened her throat to accept him. “Shit!” Clark buried his fingers in her hair, surging up. Using her other hand to massage his balls, she closed her eyes, basking in the intimacy stolen from a time that had never been.

He brushed the back of her throat. She gagged, opening her throat farther. Bobbing up and down she stroked his cock, twisting her hand. Her pussy flooded with fresh liquid. His grunts and moan made her core throb. As he fucked her mouth she imagined how good he’d feel inside her. Carey reached around her waist and entered her underwear. When had the car come to a halt? Carey fingers brushed her clit and she moaned.

“I’m going to come!”Clark let out a roar and painted her throat. Swallowing everything, she bucked against Carey’s questing fingers. It wasn’t long before she reached her pinnacle. Removing her mouth from Clark, she screamed. She rested her head in Clark’s lap as she tried to get her breath.

“Welcome to the cabin. I had the caretaker swing by earlier and air the place out.” Carey placed a kiss on her shoulder. Helped her sit up and pulled her body against him. The heat from his body seeped into hers. She relaxed against him, limp and pliant.

“Did we wear you out?” Clark asked.

“Hell, no.” I want much more than that from my boys.

“Good, because we’ve both got a lot to give.” Clark’s voice was husky and his face a thing of beauty. Passion-glassed eyes and a large smile turned back the hands of time. He looked alive and vibrant. It was exactly the way she wanted to remember him.

“How about we take this inside?” Carey said.

“Sounds good to me. Race you.” Clark disappeared, and she burst into laughter.

“Smart ass.” Carey mumbled. They left the car. He paused outside the door, holding her hand. “I want you to know this isn’t a one-weekend thing, Savannah.”

“What do you mean? Clark won’t be here indefinitely.” Confused, she frowned.

“No, but we will. We’d be fools to give up what we found, regardless of how bad the timing was.”

“Carey.” I did not see this coming.

“No. It’s time to stop running.”

“You’re right.” She sighed. “If I saw you with another woman I’d want to beat both your asses. I don’t know how this happened but it did and I don’t want to let it go. But I can’t figure out the logistics and work this case.”

“I know. This weekend is about the three of us. The case isn’t allowed. We’ll place it on the backburner during the day. Your nights are mine now, exclusively.”

The possession in his eyes branded her. Is he serious?

“What do you mean?” She goaded him further.

“When we get back to town you pack your things up and move in with Clark and me in my place.”

“Yes.” It was a no-brainer.

“With that settled, let’s go inside before Clark pops back out here to see what’s taking us so long.”

He hooked her waist and led her inside the modern version of a log cabin. The pine interior was decorated with family pictures and eclectic artwork his parents had collected over the years. If the place had a theme it’d be homey hodgepodge. That’s what happened when you had an artist for a mother.

“She agreed?”

Clark leaned forward on the hunter green couch.

Carey nodded.

“You’re ours now, Vannah. I hope you’re ready.”

***

Clark’s words made Carey’s dick twitch. Ours. They’d called Vannah their girl for as long as he could remember, but this was a completely different take. His brother stood from the couch.

“I’ve waited too long. I can’t wait anymore. Bedroom now.” The commanding tone made Carey smile with pride. His brother was coming into his own. He’d been cut down before his prime, but he could at least gain this back.

Beside him, Savannah purred. “Yes, Sir.”
