Savor (Bad Boy Rockers 4)

A new day, and last night, a new part of our relationship began.
It was more than I thought we could have between us and being at this cabin makes me want to stay here with Dahlia forever. While we’re here, neither one of us has anything to deal with. We’ve just spent our days and nights together without any outside interference and the rest of the trip looks like it will be the same. The fact that the cabin is cozy makes it all the more enjoyable and, with the snow blanketing the world outside, I have a secluded feeling. One I’m afraid to break.
Waking up to Dahlia asleep, naked in my arms, fills my heart with so much love for her. After keeping her in my arms a few minutes longer, I quickly get up and shove my legs into jeans before I slip my hard cock inside her. She’s going to be sore after last night in the bed. I need to find the strength to stay away from her today so she has time to heal.
I head to the kitchen and start pulling out all the stuff I need to make her breakfast. With the bacon sizzling on the stove, I forget everything when I turn to place the bread in the toaster and catch sight of a very sleepy Dahlia, leaning against the open door and wearing one of my tee shirts.
With a sexy smile, she slowly closes the distance between us until she’s leaning against me. Her fingers trace a hot trail along my ribs. “Morning,” she mumbles, sliding her fingers around to the nape of my neck.
I dip my head to meet her reaching mouth. As soon as our lips meet, my body goes from zero to a hundred in seconds. Breakfast forgotten, my hands grip her bottom and pull her against my aroused body.
Groaning, I deepen the kiss and slide a hand beneath her shirt, but hesitate when I remember she’s going to be sore. Calming the kiss, I pull away and enjoy seeing the sleepy smile covering her lips.
She’s beautiful and all I’d like to do is take her back to bed, but I can’t do that right now.
“Morning, babe.” I kiss her nose. “Did you sleep well?” I ask, brushing the hair back from her brow.
“Best sleep ever.” She smiles, which turns slowly into a frown. “It would have been better if I’d woken up with you next to me.”
“Ah.” I pull her into my arms. “I wanted to stay in bed all day with you, but you’re going to be sore. The last thing I want to do is cause you more pain. We need to find something else to do today so I don’t end up having you on your back.”
She rubs my back before pulling out of my arms to sit on one of the stools at the counter. “I think I’m more sorer from the snowboarding than last night.”
I pass her a cup of coffee and watch as she wraps her hands around it to take a sip. She’s amazing and I want to kiss her as she closes her eyes to enjoy the warmth of the coffee. I fight back the urge to scoop her up in my arms.
“The bath would have helped, but trust me, from what I know, you’ll be in more pain than pleasure if I try to enter you.”
Grabbing the bacon from the grill before it’s incinerated, I drop it down on our plates and turn to warm the sausage and pancakes in the microwave. The scent of breakfast fills the air and my stomach grumbles in hunger, and not just for food. I turn back to Dahlia, whose eyes are on me—they’re always on me.
“Apart from the obvious, what do you want to do today?”
“Depending on the weather, we could drive to Burlington and have a look around there.”
Setting Dahlia’s breakfast down in front of her, I sit beside her, and agree, “Okay. I’ll check the weather and road reports after we’ve eaten.”
Chomping down on the crispy bacon, my thoughts turn to last night . . . again. I mean, how can they not? It was definitely a turning point in our relationship and, until it happened, I’d had no idea that she’d changed her mind about waiting. She has my heart so there’s no worry about me looking elsewhere, which would have been a laugh, considering the life I’ve been living.
“Hey.” Dahlia nudges me, “What’s going on in that head of yours?”
I glance at her from the corner of my eye before finishing off a pancake. Draining the rest of my coffee, I face her and turn her so her legs are between mine.
Her eyes flare with heat when my hands slide along her thighs.
“Put those wicked thoughts on hold, babe.” I bend and kiss her lips. “Last night.” I raise a brow.
She starts to blush. “What about last night?”
“I’m not complaining, but are you all right after everything that went down?” I ask, feeling slightly unsure.
“If I wasn’t sure, then I wouldn’t have done anything. The difference between our relationship and that of my mom and Reece’s dad has finally sunk in. I’m good with it.” She offers a wry smile. “I knew it would hurt so I figured it would be over quicker going about it the way I did.” Shrugging her shoulders, her smile deepens and fills her whole face with happiness. I watch as her eyes start to light up.
“It was hot. I had no idea you’d feel so good inside me.” She laughs and the sound goes straight to my groin. “All hard against my softness . . . and long so that you prolonged my pleasure while I rippled along the length of your dick.”
What the hell?
My erection throbs behind my zipper at her words, and she knows damn well what she’s doing to me. She reaches out and presses her palm against the ache.
I want nothing more than to open my jeans and lift her up in my arms to impale her on my dick.
