His warm arms hold me close as I settle my face in the crook of his neck. “I don’t want to move.”

“I’m not sure I can,” he confesses.

“Well, we have six rooms inside the house to celebrate in. If we count the large closet; make it seven.”

He laughs. “I think I need some food to keep up with that.”

I roll my eyes and cup his face. “I’m sure you’re more than up for the job.”

“I think you should move slightly closer, so I can suck on your titties and make you come again.”

“Titties?”

He grins. “Have I ever told you about the thing I have for your boobs … and ass?” He pinches my bottom, then of course I moan when I slide on him.

“My cock knows what it wants and as long as I don’t stand, I think we’re good for the night.” He smirks.

“You just get turned on, having a wet pussy wrapped around you.”

His eyes darken. “Only yours, babe. Only yours.”

“Mmm,” I mumble and tease, “I bet all those girls who drool over you at rink side are so jealous that they’ll never get a look in with you.”

“Ugh, don’t remind me. It’s embarrassing.”

I grin. “Is that so?”

I rock on him.

“So it doesn’t give you a big head or anything?”

His eyes snap to mine clearly amused. “Now you mention it, I think I do have a big head.” He chuckles and the amusement suddenly dies when he rocks hard into me. “And it’s about to burst.”

Blake

Exhausted after continuous games in New York with other school teams, I take a twenty-minute break and hide out in the hotel bar. We’ve only been in town a few days and I’m itching to get home to Violet. I’m missing her like crazy. I know it isn’t all that far from where we live, but still, she can’t be with me because of her own job. Mine, as assistant coach is good and I’m settled into this position now, which is why I’m the one to bring the kids here for the games—the coach only showing up earlier today.

I think back and realize that I’m really happy. I’m living with the woman I’m in love with, and we have our own home. Over the past four months it has really taken shape and we’ve made it our own. I love walking through the front door every evening, knowing that I really am home. It’s more than I ever thought I’d have, and I can’t get enough of her.

I once told Violet that I’d propose once I was out of the wheelchair, and although that happened months ago, I still need to get my act together. I’m not afraid of asking her. In fact, I’m not sure why I haven’t yet. Perhaps it’s something that needs rectifying at soon as I get home. I should never be too busy to make sure she knows how much she means to me.

We have one more game left tonight and then we’ll be on the bus home first thing in the morning. I’ll be glad to get home, not just because of Violet waiting for me, but because I’ve gotten used to small town life so being in the city is irritating.

The team have been excited to be in the arena, and not just because of the prize at stake, but because it gets them out of the noise. It makes me smile. We’re all just as bad as each other.

It works out well having two girls on the team because they always get to shar

e, and it helps with the school costs. I just wish some of the supporters from back home hadn’t made the trip because they just make my life more difficult. I’ve even gotten to the point of sneaking out just to get some peace.

Hearing giggling, I realize I’m about to lose what peace I’ve found. Even Violet doesn’t know how difficult it has been for me with the groupies. Or ice bunnies, as they were known when I played. The only problem being they don’t want the players, they want me. So yeah, I’m having real trouble in that area.

“Blake, do you mind if we join you?” one of the giggling girls asks.

I turn to look at her and wonder just how old she is because none of them look twenty-one. “I need a few minutes alone.” I grimace. “You’ll be at the rink later, right?”

“Yes.”
