“Oops,” He said, nestling his head in my neck, kissing me, as he worked the shirt off me. He gripped the strap of my bra with his teeth, his tongue working its way down along the edge of my bra, “This has to go too, sexy.”

I unclipped the bra, allowing him to slide it off my shoulders. He nodded appreciatively, his fingers gently running over my breast, my nipple hardening at his touch.

“You like it when I touch you,” He said, more of a statement than a question. I didn’t answer. I gasped as his hands began to work their way down. “This is in the way too,” He gripped a handful of my skirt, tugging it down. It slid down my legs easily, leaving me almost completely exposed in front of him.

I lifted my arms up to his neck, snaking one around and the other caressing his face. My lips tilted to meet his, in a long intense kiss. I felt his hands wander under the band of my panties, resting themselves on my ass. I groaned softly, as my body pressed against his hardness.

His hands fumbled to undo his pants, his lips still pressed against mine. Kicking off his shoes, he kicked his pants down his legs, and off. I giggled at his frustration. He grinned back at me as I ripped his shirt open.

“Only fair. You ruined my shirt.”

He raised his eyebrows, amused, “Get these off, before I rip them too,” He threatened. I pulled them down quickly, partly because I was so turned on, and partly because I didn’t want him ruining my only decent pair of underpants.

I spread my legs as he pushed me back on the bed, his length pressing hard against me, ready to play. He lifted my leg, resting it on his shoulder as he entered me hard. I gasped as he slid inside me.

“Oh god,” I moaned, as he gazed into my eyes from above me. I ran my fingers through his hair, yanking him down and eagerly kissing him, “Yes!” I gasped.

“You feel so good, sexy. You’re so wet for me,” He moaned, closing his eyes as he pushed inside me harder, faster, “Oh Lily,” He murmured, panting. He collapsed on top of me, burying his face into my neck, sweat covering both our bodies.

I rolled over and snuggled in against him so he was spooning me. His arms wrapped around my shoulders, so he was almost enclosing me. This was exactly where I wanted to be. Naked, in Dane’s bed, with him cuddling me.

“You are amazing,” He whispered in my ear. His kissed my ear, and my neck, his arms holding me close against his body, “My sweet, sweet girl.”

“This is nice, Dane,” I said

“Nice? Well thanks, I guess…”

“You know what I mean,” I grumbled, jabbing him in the side as he laughed, “I haven’t had this much fun in a long time.”

“You know what, Lil?” Dane began, I smiled as he kissed my neck again, “I’ve never felt this way about a girl before.”

“But you have about a boy?” I kidded, laughing. I could almost feel him rolling his eyes behind me.

“No you idiot. I’m trying to be all romantic and stuff and you’re ruining it,” He grumbled.

“I’m sorry,” I turned in his embrace, so we were facing each other, “Continue.” I giggled. He blushed as I watched him, waiting. “I was trying to say I like you, Lily. I like you a lot.”

“I like you a lot too,” I grinned. I lay in his arms, with him gently stroking my back until I eventually fell asleep.

Chapter Thirteen

“Lily.”

Abby sat at the edge of the bed. Dane’s bed. This was the first time I’d seen her somewhere other than my own room. Actually, this was the first time I’d slept somewhere other than my own bed since her death.

“Abby,” I smiled. I turned beside me, Dane was fast asleep.

“You haven’t told him,” Abby frowned at me, concerned.

“It’s not that easy, Abs. He will think I’m insane. I’m starting to think I’m insane,” I grumbled. Abby looked hurt. “I’m sorry. I didn’t mean that, but you have to understand where I’m coming from here. I can’t just blurt out ‘hey, you're dead sister is actually alive’. I’d be more concerned if he did believe me.”

“So get proof,” Abby said as a matter of factly. I laughed, like it was that simple? Sure, I could do what police had failed to do ten years ago. Then maybe I could star in my own TV show about how my dead sister solves crimes.

“How?” I asked, annoyed. Even if I wanted to play detective, I had no idea where to start.

“Use your brain, Lily. You’re supposed to be the smart one,” Abby said, frustrated. If she so badly wanted me to help Dane, why the fuck couldn’t she give me a straight answer?

“Lily.”
