I half expect him to beg me to tell him, but instead, he crosses his arms, giving me that sexy stare he always does. “It is happening already. I guess it’s going to be two against one, huh?”

“Three against one, honey, you forgot about Olivia,” I so eagerly remind him. “Aren’t I lucky to have fallen in love with you?”

“The luckiest woman in the world.” He chuckles softly before his expression turns hopeful. “You know how grateful I am, right?”

“Yeah,” I shrug my shoulders with a playful smirk. “I guess so. But it won’t hurt you to show me later, you know, once Jessa is asleep.”

Noah licks his lips before leaning in to whisper, “You’ll have to be as quiet as a mouse. Think you can handle that?”

“I’m always up for a challenge, Mr. Mason.”

KATE

It was exactly this time twelve months ago when I enjoyed a magnificent dinner at Benoit.

The restaurant is one of the most expensive dining experiences in Paris, where the food is exquisite, and they treat you like you’re the only patron dining.

On that lonely Christmas Eve after a year of working nonstop, it was a gift to me from me. I can recall how enjoyable the experience had been, though never truly understanding the depth of my loneliness since I had distracted myself with a once-in-a-lifetime experience.

It was also a time in my life when I thought I had it figured out, only to look back now and realize how miserable I had been.

I just never imagined my life taking such a drastic turn, for the better, of course.

I stare at my list, ticking off the tasks completed. The last two months have been nothing but madness. We put an offer in on the house, and thanks to my negotiation skills, we got the place at a steal. I could’ve sworn I saw the scorned husband smoking a cigar as he walked away, satisfied he’d equally screwed his pussy-cheating wife over.

With that came the tedious task of moving. Noah’s place in Malibu is your typical bachelor pad. Minimalist modern furniture with no character. So, of course, I have the enjoyable task of furnishing our new place. Noah bailed out, saying that he doesn’t care what I do as long as the mirrors stayed.

The mirrors are hideous.

But I pick my battles, and frankly, they become very useful during sex.

It was Charlie and Eric to the rescue. We spent hours on Pinterest, putting together mood boards, and trying to source pieces before Christmas. Some are local, others have to be imported. Since I’m trying to put together our first family home, every detail matters.

Between work, some traveling to Colorado, and moving houses, I barely have time for anything else. Naturally, Noah has something to say because the man is greedy, wanting me naked every moment I’m at home.

“Phone down,” he warns me, though his eyes hover on his phone sitting beside him.

“But wait. I have to get the address for this place Charlie and I are going to on Saturday to pick up an end table.”

“An end table?”

“Yes, it will be the perfect piece next to the couch beside that dead space, which, by the way, is driving me crazy.”

Noah pinches the bridge of his nose, trying to calm his frustration. “Is it possible, for just one night, that I can have you focused on me? You know, your charming manfriend with the killer abs and, according to you, the biggest cock you’ve ever seen.”

I place my phone down, turning to face him. “I’m focused on you, manfriend.”

Noah scans my face, his eyes creasing. “No, you are not. You’re thinking about which lamp will go on the end table, am I right?”

“Listen here, a lamp positioned correctly can change the whole dynamic of the room.”

“I need to shove something in your mouth to shut you up. I have an idea just what…”

Ripping the sheets away, his already naked body kneels in front of me where I have no choice but to focus on what’s in front of me.

And yes, it’s the most beautiful, biggest, most perfect cock I have ever seen.

It’s fair to say that living with Noah isn’t as easy as I thought. We argue over many things. He’s a control freak, and so am I, but over different things. We disagree on food and certain brands, ma
