Her Rock (Rocky Start)

Now I’m watching people pass by. Normally, I wouldn’t mind it most days, but something about that mysterious girl lives in my head, and I wish I’d taken her information. Will she be coming? Is she really Darcy’s sister? God, I hope so.
I watch two women head down the street in my direction, and one in particular catches my attention. It’s not possible that I could be affected by two different women when I’d never been this interested in my life. What if it’s her? I see a resemblance to Rocky’s girl. I take a deep breath and quickly step out of my vehicle, feeling a resounding beat through my chest, drumming violently.
They both stare at me with awe. I’m six two, well built, and I know I get attention from women and even some men, but all I care about is the way the littler one is looking at me. Please tell me it’s her and I’m not going mad.
“You can’t be Sheriff Marlowe,” my girl says.
“I’m Sheriff Whitaker Marlowe. Who are you?” I ask, directing my attention to the petite brunette with her lips parted.
“Whitaker? Shit, do your parents hate you, or are you Whitaker Marlowe the tenth?” she asks, arching her brow.
“I’m only the third. Now, tell me your name,” I growl. I want to know what to call her when I have her bent over the hood of my car, filling her up for having a smart mouth. Fuck, I’m hard as hell.
“I’m Lydia James. This is my sister Georgie.”
“Lydia. How can I help you?” I ask with a grunt, my voice harsher than it should be.
“I told you earlier…we’re looking for my sister.” I knew it. Fuck, the world has finally righted itself. All this time, but I guess it wasn’t all for nothing. My soul mate had to grow up and is all ready to be mine, and she finally strolled into my path.
“Do you always have a smart mouth?” I inch closer, forgetting that we’re in the middle of a busy sidewalk in our small town of nosy residents. I’m sure we have onlookers, but I don’t care. Every inch of my body is radiating tension and desire for her.
“Damn, I’m right here, Sheriff. You’re lucky she’s legal the way you’re looking at her,” the other one says, breaking my laser focus.
“Damn right, I am lucky.” I hadn’t thought twice about that. Taking a second to really look at her, it’s clear she’s young.
“So while you’re busy eye-fucking my sister, tell me where Darcy is and whose ass we have to kick,” she continues. Damn, I’m going to have my hands full with these women today, and not in the way I planned on—all I want is my hands on Lydia, gripping her ass while she rides me.
Clearing my throat, I look at both of them and remember that I’m the sheriff and have a duty to keep the peace. “Relax. I’ll take you up there, but you’ve got to behave.” I take my girl’s hand and lead her to the back of my car, opening the door without letting go of her hand. “Get in.”
“Always so bossy?” she asks, looking up at me with a devilish grin, and I know that she’s about to give a lot of pleasurable trouble.
Bending down, I whisper in her ear. “Yes, with a little girl who needs to be spanked.”
She doesn’t say anything, but the slight shiver that shimmies through her body tells me I’m not alone in this insane hunger.
“Can I get in, or do I ride in the trunk or something?” the other woman says, scowling at me the entire time.
My ears heat. Choking out an apology, I step out of the way to let her in. “Sorry, climb in.” I keep forgetting we’re not alone, which is not like me in any way, shape, or form. I know that I’m being rude and not behaving like a respectful officer of the law, but I’ve suddenly forgotten myself and my damn common sense.
I close the door and walk around the back, catching several curious and questioning looks from the onlookers. I wave at them and then slide inside. Stealing a glance at my girl through the rearview mirror, I wink and then focus on taking my woman where she needs to go so I can get her alone.
“So, Sheriff, do you usually take women wherever they want to go? Trapping them in your back seat?” Damn, could she actually be jealous? That should send me running, but my ass is too far gone to care. She’s got no reason to be bothered by any other female.
“No, Spunky, but I’m a nice guy. Besides, I can’t let someone else take you up there. It’s a long way to the house.”
“Well, then. Get going. The sooner we get to Darcy, the better. Why didn’t you arrest this kidnapper?” the other one challenges. Damn, she’s a ballbuster for sure.
