Controlled Burn (Blackbridge Security 8)

“I’m here to speak with Larrick,” I snap, making sure to keep my hands calm at my sides.
I’m outnumbered four to one, and despite my ability to handle myself in most situations, those are pretty shitty odds, considering the visible weapons lying around the room.
“He’s not here,” the guy stroking his dick says, his hand surprisingly stopping as he stands.
He stalks across the room, getting closer to me with his junk just swinging in the breeze as if my presence doesn’t warrant enough concern for him to put the damn thing away.
“His bike is out front,” I snap. “I’m not leaving until I see him.”
“That so,” the one getting closer snarls.
“Fuck, bitch. Suck don’t bite.”
The guy close to me turns back to look at his friend, grinning when the guy on the couch shoves his dick so far down the woman’s throat that she gags.
“She just needs a little incentive,” another guy says as he stands, unzipping his pants as he inches closer to her.
I’d be concerned about her safety and willingness if she didn’t go from sitting on her haunches to getting on her knees and arching her ass in the guy’s direction.
With no fanfare or even checking to see if she’s ready, the man crouches low and thrusts his cock right inside of her.
I roll my eyes back to the guy close to me, reading DIRTY on the patch on his leather vest. He’s watching me, evaluating my reaction to what I’m seeing, and I give him nothing.
“Larrick,” I hiss.
“He’s on vacation,” the guy growls. “And unless you want to die, you need to leave.”
“Vacation,” I huff.
The man is here, and I fucking know it. His bike is outside, and the man hates regular vehicles more than he hates cops, and that’s saying a lot.
Slowly, I cross my arms over my chest, indicating I’m not fucking leaving.
The guy narrows his eyes. “You a fucking cop?”
“We hate cops,” the man on the couch mutters.
“Hate them,” the guy thrusting agrees. “Think every one should die.”
“Should you die today,” the man in front of me growls, “cop or not, I think it’s gonna happen.”
“Fucking try me,” I snap, eyes meeting his.
He can’t be more than twenty-five, and that makes him dangerous. The young ones are impulsive, acting before they really take the time to think about the outcome.
“Dirty,” a new man hisses from the far side of the room.
Dirty, like a broken puppy, backs away, his eyes snapping in the direction of the voice.
I turn my attention in that direction as well to see Adrian Larrick glaring at the both of us.
“Finnegan Jenkins,” the MC president says. I shouldn’t be surprised that he knows my name but hearing him speak it is startling. He was at my condo not long ago, so I knew I was on his radar as much as Kendall was after running into Brant Jesper at the grocery store. I’m not scared of him or his MC, but I am cautious, something the young buck in front of me isn’t smart enough to be.
“Down boy,” I tell Dirty before I turn toward Larrick. “We need to talk.”
“Swallow it, slut,” the man on the couch snaps before groaning out his orgasm.
My eyes go in that direction even though it’s the last thing I want to see.
As if they planned it, the woman gulps him down before turning to the guy at her back and letting him paint her face with his jizz.
When I look back at Larrick, he’s smiling, his eyes swimming with mirth.
“Here for an application? I’m sure a big bastard like you would be a solid asset for the club.”
“Not a fucking chance. A little privacy?”
“Shake him down,” Adrian demands, and I take a little pride when Dirty jerks when I snap at him with my teeth when he moves to do his boss’s bidding.
I’m not armed. I knew better than to come in here and risk that, but that doesn’t stop Dirty from running his hands all over my body. He jostles my dick, and I can tell from the look in his eyes that he’s impressed with my size.
I smirk at him when he backs away after finding no weapons.
“Don’t stop now, pet. I was close.”
He growls at me, growing even angrier when the other guys chuckle.
“Follow me,” Larrick snaps. He nods his head, indicating a door just off the common area, and I don’t hesitate to follow him. I came here on a mission, and I’ll be damned if I’m leaving without seeing it through.
“We’re fine,” Larrick calls, and it’s only then I realize all three of the other men were following us into the room.
Dirty is growling when I close the door in his face, and it’s probably best not to provoke these assholes, but I won’t back down like a coward either.
