Eating Her Heart Out

Katie clapped her hand over my mouth and laughed. “Okay, okay. I see your point.”

My tongue darted out to wet my lips as I popped the front clasp on her bra. A requirement I instituted early on in our relationship. “If you were expecting me to be the one to stop, I clearly haven’t done my job in convincing you just how fucking irresistible you are.” Her cheeks turned pink, and I loved that I could still make her blush with a compliment.

Cupping her tits, I brushed my thumbs over her taut nipples and smiled when she gasped and arched her back. “I’ll work on that, but for now, it seems like you need a refresher course on how babies are made.”

Several hours later, we lay naked and spent in our bed, recovering from two rounds of mind-blowing sex.

“I guess I’ll talk to my boss tomorrow about my two-week notice.”

Katie loved her job, but I knew she’d been looking forward to the day when we’d be working together. And fate had been on my side because it just so happened that I’d secured a project I knew she wouldn't be able to resist the same day we found out she was pregnant.

“I suppose I’ll have to wait until then to show you my plans for the renovation of the Kensington mansion.”

Katie popped up in bed and climbed over me, straddling my hips. “Are you serious?” she almost screeched.

I grinned and folded my hands behind my head. “Signed the papers before I left the office.”

She clapped, and her body wiggled with excitement, making me groan as my semi-hard cock swelled into a full-blown erection.

I managed to give her five minutes of gushing and spouting ideas for the project before my hunger took over. Not that she put up an argument when I dropped her on my cock and ordered her to ride me. She bounced on my dick and screamed my name until she was hoarse, and we collapsed in a sweaty heap.

“I think your ideas are brilliant,” I panted.

Her head popped up, and she rested her chin on my chest, giving me a cheeky grin. “Wow. If I’d known I could ride my way to the top, I’d have tried—”

I growled and rolled her onto her back. “You’d better not be joking about sleeping with your current boss, Katie Ward.”

She giggled and shook her head. “You didn’t let me finish. I was going to say that I’d have tried working for you earlier.”

We both knew she’d been pushing my buttons, but I couldn’t help taking the bait. However, she loved it when I got jealous and possessive. Especially if it earned her a spanking.

“I love you more than anything, baby,” I whispered right before we drifted off to sleep. She was wrapped up in my arms, and I had one hand splayed over her still flat belly. “Thank you for making all of my dreams come true.”

“It’s only fair,” she said with a yawn. “Since you’ve done the same for me.”

Epilogue

Katie

After more than two decades together, I knew my husband better than anyone. I had suspected he was up to something for the past month, but his lips had been sealed about whatever surprise he was finally ready to spring on me today. “Why are you being so secretive about where you’re taking me?”

“All in good time.” He intertwined our fingers and lifted my hand to kiss my knuckles. “You’ll understand when we get there.”

“It’s already been forever since we left the house, and you know I’m not the most patient person in the world,” I reminded him with a smile as I shifted to get comfortable in my seat. We’d been driving for almost two hours, and my butt was going to fall asleep if I didn’t get out of the car soon.

“Which is why it’s funny as fuck that you love surprises so much when waiting for them drives you up the wall.” He laughed and shook his head.

I shrugged. “What can I say? You fell in love with a complicated woman.”

“And I’d happily do it all over again.”

There wasn’t a hint of doubt in his tone. Or my heart. Our feelings for each other had grown stronger every day we’d spent together. “I love you so much.”

“I love you too, baby. With all my heart.”

I basked in my gooey thoughts for another half an hour. Just when I was getting ready to ask him how much longer our drive would take, he turned down a gravel drive. “Are we near the lake?”

“Yes.”

I peered out my window, taking in the mature trees lining the country road. “It’s so pretty here.”

His lips curved into a satisfied smirk. “I figured you’d like it.”

“Have you been stalking my social media again?” I shot him a suspicious glance. “One of the home-renovation shows that I follow posted a bunch of shots a couple of months ago from a lake house they featured on a recent episode. They were stunning, so I commented to congratulate them on a job well done.”
