I lifted a brow at her. “Romantic gorgeous, or photographic gorgeous?” I didn’t care either way, I just wanted to spend time with her.

“Can’t it be both?” She flashed a knowing, playful smile and I was hooked.

“So you’re saying I need to bring my A game both as a muse and as man?”

“Absolutely. Now, load up the equipment while I confirm the afternoon shoots.”

I stood a little taller and gave her a salute. “Yes ma’am.” I let out a loud laugh when she narrowed her gaze in my direction. “Too much?”

Valona shrugged. “Maybe I shouldn’t, but I’m liking the Mrs. Robinson vibes I’m getting when you do that.” Before I could respond, she walked away with her phone in her hand, a gesture to make sure I wouldn’t call out with something inappropriate for the workplace.

That was fine, we had an afternoon on the mountain where I could be as inappropriate as I wanted to be, so I loaded up the car and waited for the woman who hadn’t left my thoughts since the day I met her.

“Ready when you are, Boss Lady.”

Her soft chuckle was the only sound I heard as I made my way out of the studio and into the gorgeous Tennessee sunlight. It was only January, but the weather was mild and the sun shone bright, a spotlight on Carson Creek and its natural beauty. Sixty degrees was unnatural for this time of year but I wasn’t complaining, not today.

Twenty minutes later we idled on the side of the mountain road as rain splattered the windshield, and rain clouds darkened the sky. “I can’t believe it’s raining,” Valona whined adorably. “It was supposed to be sunny all afternoon.”

I wanted to kiss that pout off her lips but there would be time for that soon enough. “Let’s just wait it out, see if the rain lets up.”

“Here in the car?” Her outraged expression was out of character, or maybe I was just starting to see the Valona who popped up when things didn’t go her way.

I nodded and reached out to grab her hand. “Unless you want to get out and dance in the rain?” My hand slid up and down her thigh in slow, distracting strokes. “I vote we stay right here where it’s dry. And warm.”

“It is warm, isn’t it?” Valona fanned her face dramatically and I couldn’t help but laugh. “The windows are starting to steam.”

“I think that’s just you,” I told her and leaned in closer to bring her hand to my lips.

Val pulled her hand back with a phony gasp. “Are you making a move, Mr. Fine?”

“I sure the hell am. Is that a problem. Mrs. Berryman?”

“No,” she swallowed. “No problem at all.”

Just what I wanted to hear. “Then why are you all the way over there?” Before she could answer or come up with an excuse, I pulled her across the center console and onto my lap. It was the perfect position to get my hands on her hips and her ass, to let my fingers dig into her feminine flesh.

Her eyes widened in shock at the feel of my cock pressing between her thighs. “Trey, you’re already-,”

I nodded. “Turned on by you? Always.” My fingers speared through her long, thick locks and I pulled her face down to mine so that I could devour her mouth. She tasted of peaches this time and I couldn’t get enough of her lush lips, her sweet tongue as it plunged in and out of my mouth. My grip tightened on her hips and brought her closer to where I needed her the most.

Val pulled back with a breathless smile. “We’re too old for this. Aren’t we?”

“You’re only as old as you feel, Val, and right now you feel young and supple to me.” I gave her luscious ass a firm squeeze, startling a squeal out of her.

“Trey!” She laughed, giving me the perfect opportunity to put my lips on the soft flesh of her throat while she was distracted, right on that little fluttering pulse that told me just how turned on she was. “Oh,” she moaned when my hand slipped under the fabric of her dress and found her core, wet and hot, and just for me.

“I love that you’re already wet, Val.”

She said nothing, just let her head fall back as her hips rolled against my fingers, taking the pleasure she wanted but was still too shy to voice. I watched, completely transfixed by the way she morphed into someone else, a woman laser focused on pleasure, specifically her pleasure, which was fine by me, because watching her was almost as good as joining in on the fun. “Trey,” she groaned, the sound came from deep in her throat.

“I’m right here, Val. Let go, I’ve got you. Just let go.”

She rode my hand, taking my fingers deep as her body clenched around them. She held my wrist, her gaze glazed and fixed on mine as she rode her way to her orgasm, eyes wide with shock. “That was…oh my goodness.” She slapped a hand over her face, clearly embarrassed.
