Boss of Mine

I dig my fingertips into her hips and pull my cock out to the ridge. The way she's looking at me over her shoulder is nothing shy of perfect. Her lids lower, her lashes fan her eyes like butterflies’ wings. She licks her plumps lips and tugs her bottom lip into her mouth.
Thrusting back in hard and fast, her eyes snap shut, and she lets out an audible gasp. The animal is out now. I can't keep it locked up anymore. Over and over, I fuck her as hard as I can.
Her wet pussy takes every last inch, and still, she pulses for more. Ronda rocks with me, fucking me back. My cock stiffens as the orgasm swells deep in my stomach. My balls tighten and draw up, and my heart races in my chest.
With one final thrust, I come. My tip explodes hot cum deep inside her heat. Ronda lets out a loud, long, moan as she lays her face against the fridge and her body shakes. Her pussy pulses around my shaft, squeezing and releasing as she comes with me.
I pull my cock free and grab a napkin off the counter. Wiping myself clean, I pass her a few. “Here,” I say.
“Thanks,” she says, cleaning herself up and then fixing her clothes.
“I think the rest of the day is going to be much smoother now.”
“You do?”
“Now that we got that out of our systems, I should be able to focus. Hopefully we can both get some work done.”
Ronda's voice lowers as she looks down at her blouse and buttons it up. “Yeah, that's good, I guess. I'd hate to be the reason you don't get anything done.”
I arch a brow and ask, “Is that sarcasm?” There's a tone to her voice, a layer of disappointment that I think she's trying to hide.
“No, I'm just saying I'm glad you feel better.” She tucks her blouse into her skirt and runs her fingers through her hair as she looks at her reflection in the glass surface of the microwave. “I just hope things don't get weird now. I mean, you are my boss.”
“Don't worry, it won't if you don't let it.”
“Yeah, it's not like this is going to happen again.” She spins to face me straight on. “We can't do this again. This is a one-time thing.”
“Of course, and that's why it's going to be fine. Don't worry, this isn't going to happen again.” As I say the words, my stomach curls up tight.
A random one-night stand is nothing. It's not a big deal. At least it won't be if we don't let it become something more. People do this all the time. They sleep with someone once and nothing changes.
Except, this feels different. We're not two people who will never see each other again, and we're not two people who have some shared history and don’t want to risk a friendship with the complications of sex.
Ronda is my employee. She works for me. I'm her boss.
Which means we can't escape each other.
Shit. Did I just screw up?

Ronda
“Ronda—Ronda,” Irene's voice forces its way into my head.
“Yeah?” I look up at her from my computer.
“You're doing it again. I called your name three times already.”
“I'm sorry, I know. I've just got a lot on my mind.”
“Want to talk about it?”
“Not really.” I push away from my desk and spin in my chair to face her.
She purses her lips but doesn't press me any further. “Did you send the final copy or the rough draft of the opinion piece to the editor?”
“The final. . . I think. Why?”
“Because you didn't send any. I got Greg calling and screaming at me, wondering where the hell it is.”
“Shit, I thought I sent it.”
“Um, nope, he doesn't have it.”
“Damn it. I'll send it right now.” I quickly pull up the file and start an email to our editor. “I can't believe I forgot to send it.”
“Me too, it's not like you to forget stuff like this.” She leans against the side of my cubicle and crosses her arms. “Are you sure you don't want to talk about it? You've been off for a couple days now.”
“Yeah, I'm fine. I don't know, maybe I'm getting sick or something.” I lie to her, again.
I know why I'm walking around in a daze, and it's because of one man. One man that makes my heart kick and my blood pump hard. One man that just took me in the office kitchen a couple of hours ago. One man who also signs my paycheck.
“You don't look sick,” she says as she grabs the empty chair at the desk behind me and sits down. “I've watched you work your ass off since you started here, so what gives?”
I roll my eyes and look back at the computer screen. “I'm fine, Irene, really. I'm just not having a good couple days, is all. We're all allowed an off day, aren't we?”
