Summer Love at the Beach (Summer Instalove)

he said softly.
For a solid ten seconds, I couldn’t even breathe. “It’s beautiful,” I finally gasped. “I can’t believe you had this made.” As he slipped the ring on my finger, I could barely focus. “Yes,”
I said again.
Mitch leaned in to kiss me, wrapping his thick arms around me as he rocked me gently. “We
can have any kind of wedding you want, sweetie. I know you don’t like being the center of
attention, so we could just have a handful of people at the beach house. We could wait a
while if you want to book somewhere fancy.”
“Let’s do it next month,” I said. “A nice, mellow weekend at the beach house. I’ll design the invitations, Kim and Laura can do the photography, Kate can be in charge of the music, and
Joanna will be in charge of keeping me calm,” I giggled.
“Then what am I supposed to do?” Mitch grinned.
“Social coordinator and bartender.”
“Done.”
He stood up, pulling me to him. “What kind of perfect couple plans their entire wedding in
thirty seconds flat?”
“Stop saying perfect,” I laughed. “That word should be banned from weddings, above all
else.”
“Okay, I’ll just say wonderful.”
As his lips met mine, I was swept away in waves of love, lust, and gratitude. This tough guy
was incredibly sweet, and I was extremely grateful that the very first man I relaxed enough
to let into my world turned out to be absolutely perfect for me.
I mean, wonderful.
