Forever Lucky (Lucky In Love)

“Fuck, baby. That was amazing,” I growl, pulling out of her slowly.
This is the life. The things I do on a daily basis are rough, but the fact that I get to come home to Ocean and the family we’ve made makes me forever lucky.

Ten Years Later
I hate, hate, hate parties. Especially kid’s parties. I know, I’m the worst. This was a stay and play party for Kyle and Katya’s six-year-old, Ygor. So, unfortunately, I am sitting at their outdoor table watching thirty kids of ages two to ten swim in their pool. I can hear my four yelling the loudest, of course. My margarita has long since melted, and I wish I brought a book with me. I’m contemplating running across the street for one when my phone dings.
Cillian: Why does my queen look so bored?
Me: Where are you? I thought you were working.
Cillian: I’ll be up in my office. Come find me.
“Uh, River?”
“Yea, Cea?”
“Can you watch the kids for a little bit?” I ask, giving her my best puppy dog eyes.
“Cillian?” she asks, winking at me.
“Yep,” I answer briskly, impatiently even.
“Sure thing. Have fun. Everett and I can put them to bed if you’re not done or back or whatever,” she says.
“Thanks, sis,” I say, bolting from the table to the sounds of River’s laughing. Cillian’s office is a glorified broom closet in Sean and Lorielle’s house. I walk in the front door and bound up the stairs, taking two at a time. I don’t see him when I enter the room. I hear the door slam behind me, so I whirl around, to find him locking the door.
“I’ve missed you all day,” I tell him quickly before his lips land on mine.
“I missed you too, wife. So fucking much,” he says.
“Is this blood?” I ask, freaking out a little and checking his chest and arms for wounds. He stills my frantically moving hands by grabbing my wrists.
“It is, but it’s not mine,” he says, kissing me again. He doesn’t normally come to me like this.
“What happened?”
“I had to take care of some business.” His cryptic response doesn’t put my mind at ease.
“I see,” I say as he takes his gun out of his holster and sets it on the desk. When did I start thinking guns were sexy? I’m pretty sure it’s just the man who wields it.
“I need you, Ocean.”
“You have me,” I tell him, kissing him.
“I know that, but I need to be buried nine inches deep inside of you, pouring my love into you.”
“Damn, Cillian. Why do you have to say things like that? You’ve ruined me.”
“In the best way, right, baby?” he asks, and I nod in agreement. “You ruined me too; you know that?” Again, I nod, distracted by his words. Fuck, I woke up to him eating my pussy before he pile drove me into the bed, but somehow, I want more. I need it. Crave it. “I love you,” he says before savagely ripping my dress open, buttons pinging everywhere. God, he’s so hot and has only gotten hotter as the years have gone on.
“I love you too,” I say, shimmying my panties down my legs while he opens his pants. I hop up on the desk and spread my legs for him.
“So gorgeous,” he murmurs before sliding two fingers into me. He thrusts them back and forth a few times before pulling his fingers out of me and putting them into his mouth. “So wet. So mine. Say you’re mine, Ocean.”
“I’m yours,” I answer dutifully. It is true, so why deny it. I’ve been his from the moment we met.
“That’s what I like to hear. You make me so fucking happy,” he says before kissing me again, biting my bottom lip in the process. I can taste the coppery, metallic liquid, but it doesn’t matter. I want this. I want him.
I lick my lips in anticipation. It’s not long before he’s buried inside me, and I am clinging to him like I’m lost.
Getting to love this man forever makes me the luckiest girl in the world, and I know it.
