Developing Her Curves - Page 21

Content to just hold me for now.

The pressure to give all of myself to him is gone.

Replaced with something else.

Something quiet and reassuring.

Something I’ve never felt before for anyone, only him.

“I think I’m in love with you,” I whisper after he’s held me, stroked my hair, and gently kissed and nibbled at me until I feel like this is what heaven must be like.

I don’t expect him to say anything, in fact, I think this would be the part when most guys would jump out of a ten-story window or set themselves on fire rather than say it back.

But like everything else, with Kyle it’s different.

Everything’s different.

And most everything between us that matters happens without a single word spoken.

CHAPTER ELEVEN

Kyle

It all makes sense, all of a sudden.

The look she was giving me.

She looked actually sick with worry from what I can only imagine must be the biggest secret she’s kept and for how long?

But a virgin.

I really am the luckiest bastard alive.

Jacinta’s emotional right now, I get it. And I am more than a little taken aback when she drops the L word so soon after creaming all over my face, but she’s not expecting me to echo it back to her.

It makes me think though.

Is it too soon to love her? To tell her, I mean.

Or is what I felt the second I spotted her, as well as every minute with her so far the same thing?

Isn’t this love, what we’re doing right now?

I decide to leave the philosophy for another time, contenting myself with holding her and feeling her against me.

Where she belongs.

Mine, although I’ve only started to stake my claim. I’ll need to seal the deal by putting a baby in her belly before I’m satisfied we’re anywhere near what I know we can be together.

In a way, it’s for the best.

I mean, the Old Mill Inn in Cherry is nice.

I guess.

But for her first time. Our first time?

I think we can do a little better, even though my needs are as big as this tree trunk between my legs I know it means more to Jacinta too.

Giving herself to me, all of her is sacred and I want it to be in a way and in a place that feels special to both of us.

We lay wrapped together with my bulk keeping her warm until even I start to feel the cold.

It’s getting dark out and I feel my stomach growl with hunger at the same moment I notice Jacinta’s breathing has slowed to a peaceful, sleeping purr.

Having her in my arms after what feels like an eternity without her in my life so far, I don’t want to let her go but she needs to eat.

I need to eat.

As satisfying as eating her out was, I need a lot of food in a day to power this body of mine and so far Jacinta’s pussy is the only thing to pass my lips.

And every day starting from today, I swear.

I gently ease myself out and up off the bed, replacing pillows with my body as I leave her. But I’m only going as far as the suite’s phone to get us some food.

I apologize in a low voice for being snippy earlier with the desk clerk, who I learn is the manager.

He’s more than happy to arrange for some food to be delivered. For a fee of course.

Money.

I forget what it’s like to have to even think about it let alone worry about having enough of it.

I just want some steaks and a ton of carbs in me. And I’m assuming Jacinta’s okay with the same.

“Oh, and some mineral waters,” I add. “The big bottles.”

“Rather a lot for one man,” The manager says, a hint of suspicion in his voice until he obviously connects the size of me to my order.

“I’ll arrange that for you directly, Mr. Lundstrom. Could be up to an hour though,” he forewarns me.

“That’s fine. And please. If you could just leave it outside the door? I might be in the shower,” I tell him. Guaranteeing our privacy is at a premium.

Like the price of the food no doubt.

I wince when my cell buzzes. Waking Jacinta is the last thing I want.

She needs her rest.

I snatch up my cell and a robe from inside the bathroom.

I know it won’t fit, but it’s getting cold as well as dark out.

Stepping naked out onto the patio, I clumsily try to squeeze myself into the robe while talking on the phone until I give up on the robe altogether.

I can speak a little freer outside while keeping an eye on Jacinta. A little fresh air never hurt either.

“You okay boss?” Rick from the office asks.

He’s a gun alright.

Apart from getting my messages and flying straight out, he’s dug deeper, discovering who bought the diner, mill, and a bunch of other properties in the area already.
