The Billionaire's Kisses (Tycoon Billionaires 1) - Page 41

Adam laughed. “You’re gonna get an extra thrill for being cheeky!”

“Lucky me.”

He grabbed his erection and directed it towards her pussy, moving her panties to one side and inserting the tip, then the next few inches. Amy’s head dropped back and she gasped, gently rubbing her clit with her own fingers. It turned him on so much to see her touching herself – making him want her urgently – so he reached around and pulled her completely over him, rocking her hips back and forth with his hands. Amy draped her arms and legs around his body, grinding her hips into him and using him to satisfy herself. Adam gasped as he felt Amy’s nails dig into his back, tensing up as the passion took her. He thrust deeply, pulling her hips down to stimulate her clit and G-spot, and he grinned as he felt the orgasm take her. This was the part he loved. Right now, as she was dropping her head back and groaning, she was completely gone – totally his. The feel of her pussy gripping him tight threw Adam’s pleasure over the edge and he ejaculated deep inside her, marking her as his, as the world swirled joyfully around him. It was an honour to hear her groaning – once, twice, three times. His ego loved knowing that he’d caused this immense pleasure within her. He thrust again, as her groans became moans, then whimpers of delight. Amy’s breathing slowed, and she relaxed her arms around him, as she floated back down to earth.

He turned his head to look at her rosy cheeks and blissful expression. Her eyes were closed and she looked peaceful. He wrapped his arms around her and hugged her tightly, suddenly worried that she might leave him. What the fuck? He’d never worried about things like that before.

She opened her eyes and gazed at him affectionately. “Thank you.”

“Thank you. And welcome to the mile high club!”

She burst into giggles, and Adam laughed, too.

Chapter Twenty

Amy had felt like a member of a rock band as she’d strode across the asphalt at the little London airfield an hour ago. Her body and mind were exhausted, but she was excited about bringing Adam back to her apartment. It was only nine o’clock, so perhaps they could have some tea and listen to music before going to bed – get to know each other a bit better. Life sparkled with an exhilaration that she hadn’t known since she was a child. No matter what else could be said about Adam, he certainly made her feel special.

She led Adam up to her one-bedroom apartment, feeling slightly ashamed of the grottiness here compared to lavish Manhattan. Islington was a nice enough area of London, but it was quite trendy, which made it expensive – Amy could only afford a small and basic place.

She opened the front door and smiled shyly at him in th

e hallway, suddenly feeling nervous now that they’d landed back in reality. This was boring old Islington and she was only Amy Carter. Adam possessed a touch of otherworldness, which was completely alien to Amy’s normal life. It was like taking a Hollywood movie star out of the latest blockbuster and casting him in a tacky soap opera. Here, Adam seemed larger than life.

Amy gestured to the squashed hallway. “Well, this is home. It’s not very big – in fact, your private jet is bigger than my apartment!”

He wrapped his arms around her. “As long as you’re here, I’m happy, babe.”

Amy opened her mouth to ask if he’d like some tea. But the sound of James’s gravelly voice called from the living room. “Hey, welcome back! Were those Quinlan bastards as arrogant as we were expecting? Still think they can push us about?”

James swaggered out into the hallway and halted in shock. It suddenly struck Amy how much of an IT geek her ex was – with his scruffy hair and thick-rimmed glasses. He was wearing jogging bottoms and a heavy-metal T-shirt; he needed a shave, and probably also a shower.

His stared at Adam with daggers. “Who’s this?”

Adam draped his arm possessively over Amy’s shoulders. “Hi, James. I’m one of those arrogant Quinlan bastards. Surprise.”

“What are you doing here?”

“Well, I was about to ask you the same thing. See, from what I heard, you’re no longer a part of Ms Carter’s life – other than being her subordinate at work.”

James’s face flashed with confusion. “Amy, what’s going on?”

Amy felt sorry for him in a strange way. They’d spent some nice years together. James wasn’t a bad person – just a bad boyfriend.

“I think you should leave,” Amy said. “We can divide everything up another time.”

“But we discussed this. Where am I supposed to go? You can’t afford to give me my half of this month’s rent, so I’ll stay until the finances are levelled out – that’s what we agreed.”

Adam turned and opened the front door. “The arrangement’s changed, James. This is goodbye.”

James folded his arms across his chest. “I’m not leaving.”

Adam smiled coolly and stepped forward so he was nose-to-nose with James. “Listen, buddy, I don’t think you understand. This isn’t an optional offer; it’s a demand. Amy’s my girlfriend now and I’m not a guy who tolerates his girl living with an old flame. You’ve got ten minutes to pack your bags.”

“What?”

Adam glanced at his Rolex. “Starting from now.”

James craned around Adam’s toned bulk. “Amy, is this true?”
