But he listened to Bron and bent me backward, catching one of my nipples between two fingers and crushing it. My mouth opened in pain, and my eyes rolled back as he smashed his hand against my pussy again.

Days of built-up tension hovered, waiting for the next smack, and I rode the high, filthy, covered in sweat and cum and dirt. His next slap landed squarely on my pussy, stinging, and my body practically levitated off his leg. I opened my mouth in a silent wail as I glided along the sharp edge of my orgasm, and with the next tug at my nipple came another slap, and I was screaming, convulsing in his arms, feeling like he was exorcising a stubborn demon from my body.

The next smack was lighter, and then he stroked my pussy, almost in apology. I lay across his lap, my back arched over his leg and the back of my head in the dirt. He gathered me in his arms and cradled me against his bare chest.

He kissed my forehead, and I completely forgave his prior betrayal. Had I really expected him to choose me over Bron? I knew where his loyalty would always lie, and I was just temporary in their lives.

“I’m sorry I didn’t know what to do. I’ll try to be better at it next time.”

I blurted a wild laugh. My body felt like it was a bundle of overcooked noodles tied loosely together. Maybe some of it had been the days of denial, and the adrenaline from the hunt, but I hadn’t expected to come so hard.

“Don’t feel bad. She’s being paid,” Bron said, sounding odd.

We both looked up at him. Bron was hovering over us, looking uncomfortable. He ruffled Ilya’s hair with awkward affection.

“You did well. We’ll have your family convinced, I think. You only need a bit more practice.”

Ilya brightened like a Golden Retriever who’d been told he was a good boy. “Do you think so?”

Bron didn’t answer. He brushed dirt from his pants and nodded once.

He walked off on his own, not waiting for us.

Ilya held my hand on the long walk back to the house, his elation buoying up my mood.

The wolves, if they were near, kept silent.
