She tried to match my pace, but I needed to take over.
“Keep your head still and open wide,” I ground out. “I’ll do the work.”
I did a half curl so I could watch my cock disappear into her mouth. She let me have control and I was careful not to take advantage of that trust. I only gave her as much as she could handle, but even that made her eyes tear, which made her mascara run, which made her look so fucking hot that I couldn’t hold back any longer.
I pulled her head down and let go, shooting my load into her mouth. She stiffened, and I released her hair and flopped back onto the bed, my chest heaving. As soon as she was free, Charlie took off to the bathroom like her ass was on fire, shutting the door behind her.
I heard her spitting a few times and then the water run.
“Are you okay?” I asked when she came back, concerned I’d pushed too far. “Was I too rough?”
“No, I would have stopped you if you were,” she assured me. “But I’m not a big fan of semen in my mouth.”
I pulled her down next to me and scooched us down, so we were lying facing each other.
“How about on your face?” I asked, wagging my eyebrows to make her laugh, even though I was serious.
“We could try it. My chest is always a good option.” She blushed but maintained eye contact.
“Are you saying I can come on these perfect titties, little fairy?” I gave one a firm squeeze as I spoke.
“They are not perfect, Tobin,” she replied, pulling my hand away and rolling her eyes.
Crack.
The sound of my hand meeting her ass shot through the room.
“Don’t talk bad about yourself, Charlie.”
“That hurt.” She pouted and rubbed her bottom, scowling at me.
“It was supposed to. I’ve told you I like your breasts and I meant it. I’ll keep telling you until you believe it.” I pulled her hand away and held it in mine. “But I’m also going to make sure you’re nice to yourself. That’s the deal. Right?”
She sighed but snuggled closer before agreeing with me. “Yes, you’re right.”
I kissed her forehead and relaxed, grateful that we’d successfully passed another minor hurdle in our relationship. Having Charlie accept a casual correction was a good sign that we were building something that would last and keep us both satisfied.
“Now, I believe we have some unfinished business.”
She pulled back and looked at me in confusion. “I thought you accepted my apology. Was it not good enough?”
Her fear and worry filled every word of her question, but she was so far from where I was going, it was almost comical.
“It was more than good enough,” I reassured her. “It was the best. Spectacular. I was talking about you.”
“Oh.” Relief relaxed her tight expression, then she gave me a sultry grin. “I think I’d like that very much.”
I flipped her over to her back and slid down her body, kissing and nibbling along the way until I lay between her spread legs.
“Hopefully, I’ll be just as spectacular as you.”
I gotup early the next morning for chores and left Charlie sleeping in my bed. It felt good knowing she was in my home and would be there when I got back. Before going to sleep last night, we’d decided I’d drive her home mid-morning so she could do some work and then we’d meet up again for dinner at her place and have our weekly business check-in.
There was an extra spring in my step that I couldn’t hide from my father, but he left it alone until almost nine o’clock.
“Did you have a nice night, Toby?” he asked with a sly smile.
“Yes, it was good. Why do you ask?” I replied, focusing on sweeping the barn floor.
“You went out with Charlotte again, right? Are you officially a couple now?”
I paused and turned to face him, leaning on the broom handle.
“Yes, she agreed to give my type of relationship a shot, and I agreed not to push too hard and try to take over her life. She’s got some trauma from dealing with a controlling father, which is where her hesitation comes from. And she prefers to be called Charlie.”
My father considered my words thoughtfully before he spoke.
“How do you feel about that, son? Are you going to be happy? Don’t get me wrong, I’m glad you’re compromising, and I think it’s good that she’s set some boundaries. But you have to really abide by those. You can’t agree just to get her attached to you and then push at them later. That’s dishonest and disrespectful. I’m sure you’ve got a rule about honesty and respect and if she’s got to follow it, so do you.”
For some reason, what he said clicked for the first time, even though it definitely wasn’t the first time I’d heard it. Maybe it was because my feelings for Charlie were different, more intense than in any of my previous relationships, or maybe I’d finally matured enough to fully grasp the responsibility of being the leader in my relationship. Whatever the reason, it was like a kick in the gut when I realized I’d already broken those rules when it came to Charlie.
“What did you do, Toby?” my father asked, groaning at my expression. “I can tell by that looked that you’ve already screwed it up somehow.”
I blew out a breath and rolled my head, trying to get rid of the tension in my neck. “She told me she didn’t like being called Charlotte a few days ago; that she preferred Charlie. I told her I’d call her Charlie in the moment, but I just really prefer Charlotte. It just sounds more elegant. So, I kept calling her that.”
“Toby, why do you always think you can do whatever you want?” He shook his head in bewilderment and obvious disappointment. “Did she call you out on it? Did you get into a fight? You seemed far too happy this morning to still be on the outs.”
