I roll my eyes again and pull the covers over my face. “Oh my god Dean.” I grumble.
He strolls over to the living room, and I hear him set a cup on the table. “Coffee?”
The smell surrounds me, and it is enough to make me sit up and grab the cup. Dean is grinning at me over his coffee mug as he takes a sip.
“What?”
He just shakes his head. “Nothing. You’re just really cute when you wake up.”
I rub my hands over my face. Oh lord. I probably look like shit. Sleeping on a couch definitely made my bedhead worse, and I haven’t even washed my face yet.
“Sorry we can’t all look like freakin' Greek gods first thing in the morning.”
Dean laughs “You always look like a goddess to me.” He adds a wink at the end.
I huff “Oh please. We’ve only se
en each other on what? Seven maybe eight separate occasions. Trust me it can get worse.”
I hear Brian walking upstairs. He must’ve gotten out of bed. We both hear the bedroom door open and Dean walks away into his office. He comes out a few seconds later in a t-shirt just as Brian enters the kitchen. Dean leans down and whispers to me. “For the record, common courtesy in my house is that the guests don’t put clothes on.” My eyes snap to his. God, does he really have to do that in front of Brian. I continue to glare at Dean.
Brian eyes the coffees in both our hands and narrows his eyes slightly at me in confusion. His sleepy voice comes out “You never came to bed last night.”
I can feel my heartbeat picking up. Does he know something happened last night?
Dean’s voice stops my brain from going into overdrive.
“Found her on the couch this morning. She must’ve fallen asleep down here. Coffee?”
Dean holds up the coffee pot toward Brian in question. Brian nods his head.
“Yes please. I didn’t inherit the not needing to sleep gene from you.” Then Brian looks toward me. “Did he wake you up? Sorry my dad doesn’t even know what a bed is. You can go back up to bed. I have a shift this morning.”
I am barely listening to the last part as my mind wanders thinking about how Dean certainly knows how to use a bed for things other than sleep.
I yawn and stretch my arms above my head. I feel myself putting on a show for Dean as my back bends and my breasts push out.
“That’s okay. I’m awake now. I just need to shower.”
Brian shrugs like he doesn’t care either way. ”I gotta be at work in 30 minutes. You can use my dad’s shower though. Right dad?”
Dean’s eyes widen like he is thinking about me in his shower, and since Brian is looking at him, I smirk and bite my lip at him as seductively as I can. Dean turns to the pantry and pulls out some cereal. “Sure whatever.”
Brian takes a couple more sips of his coffee then rushes back upstairs into the shower. I go to follow him but then stop and turn to Dean. “What should I wear today?”
Dean blinks at me a couple times “What?”
I motion towards myself “You know. Like what type of clothes?”
He shakes his head a couple times. “I’m sorry. I can’t get past the image of you in my shower.”
I laugh and shake my head and walk away. Guess I'll just have to pick out something to wear on my own. Just before I leave the kitchen, I turn my head over my shoulder and say to Dean “I’m going to use your body wash too.”
I run out of the room before he can respond, but I hear him groan as I head upstairs. I quickly grab my toothbrush out of the bathroom before Brian gets into the shower. “See you later.” I say as I grab some clothes and head over to Dean’s room.
I take my time brushing my teeth, and I hear Brian’s shower turn off. I get undressed and turn my own shower on. Just as I am stepping in, I hear Brian shout bye to his dad.
I take some of Dean’s body wash and start rubbing it all over my skin. The smell reminds me of when he is holding me close to his body. I hear the bathroom door open and footsteps walk in. I glance through the shower door. It is covered in steam, but I can see the outline of Dean leaning against the counter looking in at me.
