“Fuck, Harper. You feel so good wrapped around me, look at me,” I demand. She does, as she continues to move. “You’re mine.” She doesn’t say anything, just stares at me with bright eyes. “Say it. Tell me you’re mine,” I order.
“I’m yours, Zane,” she moans out.
“Fuck,” I hiss. I sit up and slam my mouth to hers. I kiss her with the power she’s just given back to me. “Say it again,” I whisper, holding her head still with my hands in her hair.
“I’m yours, only yours.”
I flip her around and get behind her. Before anything else can be said or felt, I slam my cock into her. She screams as I fuck her, never once slowing down. She needs to feel me, feel that she’s mine. I yank her head back by her hair as I pound into her. She’s moaning and yelling, loving how it feels. Just like I am. Her ass is pressed against me and I smack it, again and again.
“Fuck, I’m so close,” she shouts.
“Oh I fucking know, babe. I feel that tight pussy squeezing my dick. I need you to come on me, don’t fucking hold back,” I say.
Our bodies are slapping together, bringing us both close to coming. My hand connects with her ass again, harder this time. As she moans, I reach around and rub her clit. She screams as her orgasm rips through her and covers my dick. I keep fucking her as she shouts, until I can’t hold back anymore. I explode, my orgasm tearing me apart. I groan her name until I’m finished. We collapse onto the bed and I pull her into my arms. Her head is on my chest, her fingers tracing my many tattoos. Both on my arms and chest. I rub her back as my lips stay pressed against the top of her head.
After a while I gently pull her hair to make her look up at me, I kiss her nose. She smiles and I grin. “I’m gonna make this work, babe. We have a few weeks while your old man is gone. Let’s enjoy those and take it from there.”
“Okay,” she concedes.
I kiss her, slow and sweet this time, thanking her without words. “I love you, Harper Kingsley.”
“I love you, Zane Maddox.”
Chapter 6
Harper
It’s been five days since I last heard from Zane. I hate that I know exactly how long it’s been. It makes me feel weak, but when it comes to him I am. I’ve tried keeping myself busy, working longer, to try to occupy my thoughts. It’s pathetic. I’m acting like one of these strippers, hanging on the promises made to me. I’ve driven past Souls a few times and each time his bike is there. The urge to pull in was almost unstoppable, but I didn’t stop. I went home each time and drank until I couldn’t remember who I was.
“Harper,” my father yells, breaking into my thoughts. For once I’m grateful for the distraction.
I go into the back, where he is holding the door open for me. “What’s up?”
“I’m going out of town for a few weeks. I need Dom with me. Are you going to be able to handle this club without me?” he asks.
He’s got to be fucking kidding me. I run everything here from opening everyday, closing every night and everything in between. The only thing he does is count the money coming in. I don’t dare say that though. I know when to keep my mouth shut about certain things. “Of course. I’ll be fine,” I say with a smile.
“I’ve got guys here until you leave. I’ve got guys watching your house. You’ll be safe.” He lights a cigar and blows the smoke away from me.
“Dad, I don’t need babysitters. I was going to have some girl time. I don’t need any outsiders scared to come to my house or to go out to dinner with me,” I lie.
He laughs and shakes his head. “College friends coming in?”
Sure let’s go with that. “Yep, exactly.” I know lying to him is the worst thing I could do. He’s going to find out and I’m going to regret it. I’m just fucking tired of having no freedom. “I’m not a teenager. I can handle myself,” I say.
“They’ll be here, but I’ll tell them to leave your place alone. If you go anywhere, I expect you to let Sal know though,” he says, raising his eyebrows.
“Is there a reason?”
“A reason I want to keep my daughter safe?”
I’m getting frustrated now. “No, a reason why I need to report in like a goddamn child?”
“You’re my child,” he hisses. “Dom and I won’t be around to know what you’re doing, so yeah, you will report in.”
“To know what I’m doing? What the hell does that mean?” I question.
“It means, we won’t be around to keep you away from Zane,” Dom cuts in as he comes down the hall.
