“Yeah. Yeah. I’m here.”
He really didn’t want to piss Roman off to the point where even he turned away from him. He had enough friends to count on three fingers and he wanted to keep them.

“Come on, Leo. Just come to the training. Consider it a vacation, okay? Decide more when you get there.”
“Vacation?” Even though Roman hadn’t explained what kind of training they were in for, Leo knew it wasn’t going to be a walk in the park. If this was a possible offer of work from Hank Patterson in connection with his Brotherhood Protectors, he was likely going to run them into the ground. Rinse and repeat a bunch of times.
He wasn’t looking for wimps.
“Is that what they’re calling Hell Week these days?”
He swore he could almost see Roman mentally flipping him off. “I’ll send you the details. Tickets and such.”
“Sounds… good.” Leo surprised himself when the words actually felt like the truth.
“I’m looking forward to seeing you again, Leo. Don’t worry, this is going to be good for all of us.”
