Axel methodically walks over to him, each step timed and ominous. He twirls a fork in one hand as his fingers graze the pointed ends. Axel doesn’t say a word. He stabs the guy in the throat, and blood spurts out of his neck as the room fills with his deafening screams.

Axel moves closer to him, his blue eyes dark, his expression twisted and frightening. “No one fucks with what’s mine and lives to tell about it.” He stabs him again, and again, and again. The blood is overwhelming.

Watching Axel like this is frightening and exhilarating all at once. That he has no issues defending me this way is a tremendous turn-on. I’ve had no one to fight my battles before, and the fact that these three men would without blinking, makes me feel wanted and special.

Axel gets up, wiping the bloody fork on a white napkin. Kian lifts his gun and blasts a bullet through the man’s heart, causing his body to go lifeless and still.

Ronan grabs me in a fierce embrace. “You okay, Rabbit?”

I ponder his question. Am I okay? As fucked up as it is, this is the moment I have my answer. Standing in front of a dead body, surrounded by these three men, I realize without a shadow of a doubt that I belong to them, and they belong to me.

“I’m more than okay. I’m yours.”

Chapter Twenty-Three

STELLA

“We need a favor,” Axel says.

“What kind of favor?” I eye him suspiciously as I take a bite of the cheesecake he’s placed in front of me.

In the last month, the guys have learned that sex and food are the best ways to get me to agree to anything they want. I still can’t believe it’s been over a month since I officially moved into the penthouse with them. And I have to admit I’ve never been happier.

“We got a job and wouldn’t normally bring you into our shit, but we need a girl to get into this place, or we gotta get in a room with one.”

A lump forms in my throat as I try to swallow it down. “What do you mean, you’ve got to be in a room with one?”

“My dad needs me to check out this new sex club. He thinks it’s a competition and, well, you know him, he doesn’t like much competition.”

“You know I don’t like y’all killing people.”

Axel crosses his heart. “There won’t be any killing.” He grips my hips and pulls me to him. I can feel the strain of his erection against my stomach, causing me to groan. “There will be fucking. Lots and lots of fucking.”

“You don’t have to twist my arm.”

“You got a room with the toys I requested, right?” I whisper in Axel’s ear as we stand outside an elegant old hotel that’s now a sex club.

Ronan squeezes my hand. “He got everything on your list. My only question is, who are you gonna use it on?”

I ignore Ronan and wrap my arms around Kian’s waist, resting my head on his shoulder.

“Guess I’ve got my answer.”

“As I told you earlier, you’ll see when you see.”

Ronan laughs and tugs at my ponytail. “All I know is I’m gonna have you on your fuckin’ knees like the good girl you are.”

The door of the club flings open. Kian grabs one hand while Ronan takes the other as the three of us walk in.

The place is classy, which surprises me. I’m not sure why, but I thought a sex club would be seedy, full of people on leashes and naked men and women having sex wherever possible. But this place looks like a fancy lounge; trendy, lush, and very proper-looking.

A pretty redhead approaches us like a maitre d at an expensive restaurant. “Hello, can I help you?”

Axel steps forward. “We’ve got a reservation. Axel Moretti.”

She glances down at a ledger before flashing a smile with teeth so white they almost blind me. “Yes, Mr. Moretti, we’ve got your reservation right here.” She hands him a key. “You’ll be in room Twenty-Two. If you could take the elevator to the third floor, please.”

The four of us walk into the elevator and wait until the door opens to the third floor.

“This place is nice. Nothing like I expected,” I murmur.

Ronan laughs, his arm around my waist, bringing me closer to him. “The rich and famous, Rabbit. They pretend their depravity is fine, unlike the average person, because of the glitz and glam. Anything to deny they’re like every other person on the planet.

We walk down the pristine corridor until we reach our room. Room Twenty-Two.

The guys let me walk in first. My eyes take in the white walls and the circle in the middle of the room. A giant California king bed sits in one corner with a menu, brand new toys, and cleaning solutions.
