“I’m staying with you forever.”
“And please say it again…”
“I’m stay—”
“Not that,” he says with a soft laugh.
“Then what?” I ask, confused. He levels me with a glare, and then I understand. “I love you, Seth.”
“And I love you, Hannah.” His voice is deep and growly. His lips crash into mine, and my body goes limp in his arms as he presses his hand to my back to hold me tight to his body. He pours all of his love into his kiss. He pushes me up against the wall, and my hands find their way into his disheveled hair. I could spend hours, days, weeks kissing him like this and never tire of it.
But unfortunately for me, my brother crashes the party. He barges into the kitchen, closely followed by Jameson. “Whoa, whoa, whoa. Save it for the honeymoon,” Jameson says with a laugh. We jump apart, and my face is flaming. I turn toward the kitchen counter and calm my pounding heart.
“My eyes. I’ll have to rinse them out with bleach,” Colby says while rubbing his eyes with the heels of his hands.
“Honeymoon?” I laugh. We literally just shared our second kiss ever. And now that I think about it, both of them have been cut short, thanks to my brother. What does a girl have to do to get some privacy around here?
“Well, yeah. You’re going to get married, right?” Jameson asks.
“Definitely,” Seth says with that grin that’s doing all sorts of things to my insides. “But I think I’d like to take her on a date first.”
A date with Seth Miller is exactly what I need right now.
