Chapter Twenty-Two:

Diner Brawl

Roughly three dayspassed without seeing Mia and I couldn’t take it anymore. I respected the fact that she was busy and I had my own things going on with the house, but I needed her like goddamn yesterday. I’d been trying to stay away from Sunday’s so I didn’t distract her from other tables and potentially cost her tips — and a little so I wouldn’t have to see her doing what she needed to do in order to get them — but I knew she was on the clock and really didn’t think I was capable of waiting.

I shot her a warning text that I was on my way, then headed over and snuck in through the little side door. The pink walls and booths still made me a little nauseous though I was definitely not a stranger to it anymore, but all of that was forgotten when Mia found me and dragged me to the break room.

“Oh, shit. Good timing, huh?” I asked, grinning and kissing her the second she shut the door. “Miss me too?”

“Missed you more than I can say.” She instantly started working on my jeans. “Want you to fuck me, Papí. Right here bent over the table we take breaks at.”

She dropped down before I could respond and sucked me in, ensuring I would never be strong enough to deny her — as if I were that crazy. I only let her go until I was hard enough then lifted her back to her feet and kissed her, backing her toward the table. Who knew if there was anything on it, and who gave a shit, anyway? I flipped her around and bent her over, pushing that dress up and her panties down, then held her shoulders to the table as I fingered her.

“Did you lock the door or will someone walk in and see this?”

“No sé, baby. Who gives a fuck?” I knew she was just too far gone to actually consider someone walking in, but so was I. “Missed you, Ollie. Take me. Fuck the world.”

“I’d rather fuck you.”

I slid inside of her and gripped her shoulders, bottoming out slowly as I shivered from how wet she was already. Staying quiet was a struggle as I started to move, especially when that beautiful woman started to moan. I clamped one hand over her mouth and shifted to block as much of her as I could from the door just in case, but my own breathing was so ragged and heavy that it didn’t matter how quiet I kept her.

Her hand flew back to hold onto me, fingertips digging into my hip hard enough to make me grunt, but I knew she was close. She wanted me to keep fucking her exactly how I was, and I couldn’t stop anyway. When she gave me that first sweet orgasm, I cursed our situation and where we were because I didn’t want to stop.

Yet the constant mantra in my head reminding me that someone could open the door at any moment had me so close to blowing it was laughable and the tight squeeze of her pussy wasn’t helping, so I stopped fighting it. I let myself tip over and claimed her right there as she let her head drop onto the table with a thump, and her breathless laugh muted my hard breathing.

“You got me addicted, Papí. I don’t like going days without your touch.”

“Me either.” I pulled out to drop down and lick her clean, groaning from the taste and doubling down on how much I hated the fact that we weren’t alone. I’d have stayed there anyway, but she pulled me up by my hair and kissed our flavor right off my tongue.

“Rio’s at home with Jago today. Come have pancakes and keep me company, baby. It’s not our rush hour. I miss you bothering me while I’m trying to work.”

“Deal. Wouldn’t leave now if you paid me.” I kissed her again, cupping her chin until I’d had my fill, then helped her clean up before heading out.

I wasn’t expecting to see Rio and every single one of Mia’s nephews sitting in my booth when I did, but since none of them looked like they wanted to kill me, I had to assume they hadn’t heard. “Oh. Hey, guys,” I said cheerfully. “Mind if I pull a chair up?”

Based on Mia’s surprised and embarrassed expression, she hadn’t expected them to be there either, but I could tell she was relieved they seemed none the wiser. “You’re supposed to text first, Jago.”

Rio beamed. “Ollie! I didn’t know you could come in a back door.”

Jago rolled his eyes. “We’re not allowed back there. Why are you?”

I licked my lips slowly as I worked overtime to control my expression and the very juvenile, extremely inappropriate way I’d taken Rio’s words. God damnit, Ollie, don’t do it. Stop thinking about coming in Mia’s ass, you cannot get a boner in front of a bunch of kids. Jesus Christ, what is wrong with me? I cleared my throat. “Your aunt asked me to bring her some aspirin,” I lied.

“Is she okay?” All of them looked instantly worried, making me feel bad about the lie.

“Is it a headache?” Valentino asked, not giving me a chance to answer Carlo.

“It was for a coworker,” I lied again. “Not for her.”

“Oh, okay.” They all went back to picking their food without a care in the world, but Jago’s gaze roamed the building like he was looking for someone.

“Can I get a milkshake this time?” Rio asked with hopeful eyes, but I perfectly understood Valentino letting him know they couldn’t afford it and how Mia couldn’t keep giving them free food.

I shifted a little. “Get whatever you guys want. Seriously, it’s my treat this time, okay?”

“Your treat?” Jago asked suspiciously. “Are you trying to butter up my Tía so she goes on more dates?”

“No, he’s just being nice, Jago. Shut up!” Carlo argued. “I want a shake, too.”
