CHAPTER NINE[CR1] – ALESSANDRO

I don’t normally come to the club on Saturday nights, but I couldn’t help myself. After managing Sal on Wednesday night, I was in no mood for fun, and I’d returned home early. But Thursday, when I returned, I saw someone who intrigued me. I hadn’t been that interested in a woman in some time, so I sent a bottle of champagne to her table, compliments of the house, and watched her on the cameras all night.

When she returned on Friday, I was more fascinated, but I never approached or allowed her to see me. She danced with carefree abandon on the floor alone, turning down every man that came to her. The woman moved with ease and grace. She is beautiful, supple, but thick with full, pouty lips and dark, knowing eyes that held secrets too dark to share.

She had an awareness about herself that I’d never seen in a woman before, making me want to learn more. A tiny waist, thick thighs, beautiful brown skin, a luscious ass, and full breasts made me want to fuck her.

I had to be careful in my approach to a woman like her. She could bring a man to his knees and cause damage if he allowed her to. Interestingly, I should discern that, and I hadn’t even met her yet. I hadn’t been within ten feet of her, but that was all about to change tonight.

A gold cross glistened against her skin, drawing more attention to the low-cut dress displayed cleavage and the cinnamon-colored globes whose nipples poked at the satiny material she wore.

I wait for her to return to her table before approaching her with the best wine in the club, a 2008 bottle of Bianchi uva vino.

“Ciao bella, benvenuto Calore,” I greet.

Her head tilts slightly, and I think I see something in her eyes akin to anger, but it flashes away quickly. I wonder if she thinks I was just another patron approaching her.

“Hello to you too,” she says in English. “Is there something that I can do for you?”

“You have graced my club four nights in a row, so I must introduce myself. You have found my establishment to your liking?”

“Hmm…you’ve been stalking me for four nights now?”

“Or,” I begin, my eyes cruising down her body and back up again. “I could say the same of you. After all, this is my club.”

Tilting her head slightly, she says, “You have a point. I haven’t seen you around here, so unless I’ve been blind, I’d say you’ve been stalking me.”

I smile and nod as I open the bottle of wine, signaling to one of my servers to bring me two glasses. “I saw you the first night on camera, and I’ve seen you each night since. I wanted to meet you.”

“Or you’re suspicious of why I’m here. If you wanted to meet me, you would have stepped to me the first night. There was no guarantee that I’d return.”

“No, there wasn’t, but since you have returned each night, it must be fate,” I say as the server returns with the glasses, and I begin pouring the wine.

“Fate?” she asks, accepting the glass.

“Yes, for us to meet.”

“Or for me to meet someone else. How can you be so confident that it’s you that I was meant to meet?”

“I’ve watched you discard every other man like flies, but you have not yet done that with me. Why is that, Bella?”

“Perhaps because you came carrying that bottle of wine,” she says flirtatiously, taking her first sip.

I watch as she closes her eyes, and her graceful neck moves as she swallows. Images of her lips wrapped around me and consuming everything I have to offer flash through my mind.

Shit! It’s been too long since I’ve been with a woman. Two months to be exact. I take a sip to hide my reaction to her.

“Mm, this is nice,” she says, pulling the glass from her lips to look at it and then to the bottle.

“It’s from my cousin’s vineyard. One of a kind bottle.”

“And you decided to share with me?”

“I know exquisite precious things when I see them, and why wouldn’t I want to share them with a woman who’s just as exquisite?”

“But you don’t know me.”

“That’s the purpose of me sitting at your table. I plan to bring that to an end.”
