“Good, so the situation is this,you belong to me now.”
Of all the things he’s said to me, that strikes a nerve. Maybe it’s because I’m sick of being a prisoner. Sick of never being free. Sick of not being safe.
When he said it at the club, I thought I could just switch to autopilot like I do with Jude. This is different. I have no control here and it’s like I’m exposed.
“What if I don’t want to beyours?”
He gives me a mercilessgrin and tightens his grip on my neck.“That’s tough shit. Your mine now and the same rules apply as nights ago. Your pussy belongs to me inside the walls of this house, and outside.”
“Jude will come when he discovers you have me.”
He leans even closer and the smile he gives me is what people call devilishly beautiful. So beautiful and disarming it hurts as it borders on psychotic. “Angel’skoye lichiko, I’m really hoping he does. I have a bullet reserved just for his ass if he tries to fight me for you. He won’t win.”
He moves back and walks away leaving me there.
I watch him go through the door and the next thing I hear is the click of a key turning in the lock.
He didn’t lock the door earlier because I was chained to his bed.I couldn’t escape then, and I can’t do it now.
I’m locked away in a room again, locked away in a house with another self-righteous jerk who will ruin everything for me if I allow him to.
I have to get out of here.
The only way out is to try to escape.
I just have to pray to whoever will listen I’ll find a way.
