I blink. “You’re serious?”
Layla blushes. “Um, about which part?”
“All of it,” I chuckle.
Layla nods. “Yeah, Mason, I am.”
“You want me here?”
“Yes,” she breathes, swallowing thickly. “So much yes.”
I grin, my heart racing. “You know I’ve been in love with you for like four years, right?”
Layla’s jaw drops, and her eyes go wide. Her blush deepens, and she sinks harder into me.
“You know I’ve managed to fall in love with you, too, right?”
“Now I do,” I growl. I grin like a madman and pull her tight into me.
“So, we’re doing this?”
“Oh, we’re doing this,” I groan. “But first, I think someone promised me a shower together?”
She grins. “Actually, you know, I think my pool needs cleaning.”
“Hey beautiful?” I growl, my lips brushing hers. “How about I just fuck you and love you for the rest of my life instead?”
She shivers and melts against me. “I think that sounds perfect.”
My lips sear to hers, and I have zero intention of pulling them away, ever.
