I step back and put my arms up.
“You’ll have to pull it off me.”
“I see.”
He does just that. The white silk appears before my eyes and then it’s gone, discarded on the floor.
Rainier kisses me again. His hands cup my breasts.
“Ooh. Lace,” he says as he glances at them. “Did Brenda help you pick that, too?”
“No,” I answer. “I can pick my underwear myself, thank you.”
He grips my hip and looks at my panties, pink lace, just like the bra.
“You sure can.”
He pushes me down on the bed and peppers kisses on my neck, my shoulder, the valley between my breasts and my stomach. Then he pulls my damp panties off.
Once they’re gone, he brings his face back to mine and captures my lips. His tongue slithers past my lips. As it writhes against mine, his fingers tease my wet folds.
“Stop teasing,” I tell him.
“Oh, so you can tease me but I can’t tease you?” he asks.
“I wasn’t tea – ”
The rest of my words and my breath leave me in a gasp as Rainier’s finger slips inside me. Then he holds my lips captive so that I can’t utter another word.
His finger probes me, sending the flames inside me burning more wildly. Then he puts in another finger and stretches me. I wrap my arms around him. My knees tremble.
He moves his fingers in and out of me and the rest of my body starts to quiver. Excitement simmers in my veins. Then he withdraws his fingers. They starts to strum my clit and I pull my mouth away to let out a cry. My toes curl.
I throw my head back as the storm which started the moment I peeked into that room breaks. Pleasure rumbles throughout my body. Heat sizzles beneath my skin, scorching and electrifying like bolts of lightning.
Through the haze, I feel Rainier’s hand vanish. I hear a drawer opening and closing. I hear something tear. Then I feel something rubbery prod against the folds of my skin.
I barely have time to catch a breath before he enters me with a single thrust. My mouth opens wider to let out a louder cry. My nails dig into his back.
Rainier pounds into my trembling body like a ship plowing through the waves. The storm inside me rages on.
Then he stops moving. His cock pulsates deep inside me. I hear his grunts against my ear.
Only then does the storm begin to subside. The sea of fire in my veins grows placid. Little by little, the tide of pleasure ebbs away, leaving me breathless, exhausted.
Yet completely satisfied.
Chapter 16 ~ Breach of Confidentiality
Rainier
“So was that better than doing it by yourself or what?” I ask Ellis as I go back to the bed.
As for me, I found it incredible as usual, maybe more so this time because Ellis finally got some confidence.
“Or what,” she answers as she pulls the covers to her chin.
I climb on top of the bed.
“I can lie beside you, right?” I ask her. “Or do I need to put up the pillow barrier?”
Ellis pats the space beside her. “Come here.”
I lie down beside her. She snuggles against my shoulder and puts an arm around me.
“I’m sorry I shouted at you earlier,” she says.
“Did you?”
She doesn’t answer.
“Well, I’m not sorry I punched Gabriel,” I say. “But I’m going to zip my lips about the Northups.”
“Good.”
I stroke her shoulder. “Just a question. Why did you leave the party so suddenly earlier? I thought you were going to ask me to dance.”
“I was not,” Ellis says.
I don’t comment.
“Okay. Fine. I was, but then I saw Christine.”
“Christine Northup?”
She nods. “I was going to talk to her but she left, so I went after her. She ran off, though. I couldn’t catch up to her. I wonder why.”
I shrug.
“I was going to look for her, but then I…” She stops.
“You saw Gabriel Northup with a woman,” I finish the sentence for her.
She doesn’t have to say the rest. I’m well aware of Gabriel’s… tastes when it comes to the pleasures of the flesh. I’ve heard rumors. That’s why I didn’t want him anywhere near Ellis.
“I don’t want to talk about it anymore,” Ellis says.
“I’m not asking for any details.”
She falls silent as she stares at the ceiling. I can almost hear her going over her thoughts.
“Let me guess,” I say. “You’re thinking about tomorrow, aren’t you? You’re thinking you don’t want the party to be over?”
“Something like that,” Ellis answers.
“Why? Because you don’t want our charade to be over? We can carry on with it, you know.”
I wouldn’t mind continuing to pretend to be her fiance if it means I can have her to myself like this.
She narrows her eyes at me. “Do you want everyone at the hospital to kill me?”
I take her left hand. “With this ring on, no one will dare try.”
