“Will you kiss me?” she asks, but she has some things to learn if she thinks her swallowing my cum is going to stop me from kissing her. So, whilst pushing two fingers into her and pressing my thumb to her sensitive clit, I slam my mouth to hers, drinking down every sound of her pleasure as she comes undone.
“Are you okay?” Lauren asks, dropping a file onto my desk. “You’ve been acting weird all day.”
Of course, I’ve been acting weird. I’ve been sitting at my desk all day with a fucking semi-hard dick, unable to get the images from this morning out of my damn head. I was accused of being distracted last week, but it’s nothing compared to what I’m feeling right now.
“I’m fine,” I snap, and Lauren frowns.
“Did something happen between you and Grace?”
“No.” Fuck, talking about what didn’t happen is only reminding me of whatdidhappen.
“Oh. Ohhh. Something happened all right.” She waggles her brows at me, and I groan, dropping my head back.
“Leave it, Lauren,” I warn, but she lets out a laugh.
“Oh, come on, we’re both adults. You can admit that you’d rather be at home doing whatever it is that flashed across your eyes before.” She smirks at me.
“Jesus Christ.”
“Speaking of Grace. I missed having morning tea at your penthouse today.” She pouts.
“You weren’t meant to be having morning tea, Lauren. You were meant to be working,” I say, but there’s no bite behind my words.
Lauren was all too happy when she found out about Grace, but I also know the kind of person she is. She wouldn’t make an effort if she didn’t genuinely want to. In fact, Grace has also mentioned Lauren a couple of times, which gives me a thought.
“What do you think of spending the day with Grace? I appreciate you giving her what you did, but she still needs more, except she shuts me down whenever I try to bring it up. You could go shopping, make a day of it, or whatever it is you girls do.”
“Firstly, that sounds mildly sexist. Secondly, the bills on you… right?”
Shit. Somehow, I don’t think I really know what I’m getting myself into with this idea. “I suppose it is.”
“How about tomorrow?” Lauren asks
“Are you forgetting you have to work, Lauren?” I ask, raising my brow at her.
“Shopping is always better during the week. There are less people, and you can usually find a good sale somewhere. Though I suppose I don’t need to worry about sales if it’s on you.” She winks at me.
Fuck me.“What would you know about shopping during the week seeing as you work every day?”
“I have to do something on my lunch break.” She shrugs a shoulder.
I roll my eyes at her, but she might have a point. There’s no way they’re going without Mason, but still, fewer people does sound better. Also, with the way Grace handles being around other people, she’d likely be more comfortable as well.
“Fine. You can go tomorrow, but this is a one-time thing.” I narrow my eyes at her. “And Lauren… don’t empty my account.” It’s extremely unlikely they would come close toemptyingmy account, but when it comes to Lauren and shopping, who the fuck knows.
“I wouldn’t dream of it.” She grins at me, which tells me she’s probably dreamt of doing exactly that. But, regardless of Lauren, this is about Grace, and I let out a sigh of defeat.
If draining my account will make Grace happy, they can spend every fucking dollar in there as well as the others.
Not falling for her, huh?
The thought snags in the back of my mind, but I push it away, ignoring it, much like I did the initial feelings I had for Grace.
A whole lot of good that did.
