“I told you I wasn’t interested the first time,” I declare while glaring at him.
Entitled rich guys think their flashy watch and suit make them a catch. Little boys, you have no idea how many men way richer than you I have fucked. Your net worth is probably what they spend in a year on underwear.
When I look around to see where my girls are, his friends are harassing them at the table again.
Why can’t these assholes accept thatno means no?
Why are they ruining my precious night off?
He reaches for me again, and I stumble back, trying to get out of his grasp, but unfortunately, he grabs me a second time.
“You looked pretty interested as you ground on my dick,” he growls, pulling me into him, where I bounce off his bony chest.
“Asif,” I say, pushing him hard with both hands as I try to escape his touch. Unfortunately, his hand has a tight grip on my wrist, and I don’t like it. “Let go of me,” I scold while tugging my hand.
“Give me a kiss, and I’ll let go.” The asshole has the audacity to flash me a predatory grin.
“If you don’t let go infive seconds, I’ll kick you in the fucking balls.”
His eyes turn dark at my words.
“Touch me, and I’ll show you who’s boss, whore,” he sneers.
I’m moments away from kicking him in the balls when the creep is yanked out of my arms and slammed to the floor.
“She told you no, asshole. Learn some fucking respect, you piece of shit,” the man yells, standing over the guy who’s now on the floor.
“Who the fuck do you think you are? Do you know who I am?” The guy on the floor screams out like a girl while curling his lip at the man.
“I don’t give a shit who you are because what matters right now is who I am. This ismy fucking club. I own this world, and you are not welcome. You hear me, asshole,” the man bellows.
The guy on the floor’s face turns pale as the realization sinks in on who he’s talking to. “You’re willing to kick me out because of that whore?” The guy doubles down on his assholeness as he looks over the man’s shoulder at me.
“It’s okay, boss, we’ve got this.” One of the large security guys comes over and accidentally, on purpose, kicks the guy on the floor in the ribs with his shoe, which has him curling over in pain.
“You fucking asshole, you’ve broken my rib,” he curses at the security guard.
“My foot slipped. It was an accident, and I doubt it’s broken,” the security guy replies before he picks him up by the scruff of the neck and begins to haul him out of the club.
“You’re going to pay for this!” The guy begins a barrage of curses as the security guys escort his friends out too.
“I’m so sorry, miss, you should always feel safe in my clubs,” the owner says as he turns around to look at me.
My breath hitches as I realize who’s standing before me. His hazel eyes widen in realization too as he looks me over, assessing if the guy has hurt me or not.
“He grabbed my wrist, that’s all.” I hold it up for him to inspect and see that I’m fine.
He grabs my hand and checks the large bruise that’s brewing across my skin. His hazel eyes turn dark as a growl falls from his lips. “I fucking should have made him pay!” He’s cursing, the anger seeping from him as he turns my wrist over to inspect the bruise.
Our skin meets, and electricity crackles up my arm.
“He shouldn’t have touched you like that, Elle.” And as soon as my name falls from his lips, he drops my hand and takes a step back, running his fingers through his sandy-colored hair. There’s a pained look on his face, and I’m not sure if it’s from the attack or the realization that we aren’t meant to know each other.
Lauren walks over, and her eyes widen when she notices Mr. King standing there before me. She looks at me, then back at him. “Thank you for coming to my friend’s rescue, sir,” Lauren says, acting as if he’s a stranger.
“Women should be able to dance in my club without assholes invading their space. I’m sorry that this has happened to you. If you want to stay, which I hope you do, drinks are on the house for the rest of the evening,” he says, giving us both a small smile.
“Thanks, but you don’t have to do th—” I start before Lauren interrupts.
