Unbroken 2

He chuckled, looking delighted. “Can I keep these when you go?”
I looked at him strangely. “You want me to keep my undies in this drawer?”
He nodded, folding them away. “I do.”
“Why?”
“Just to have your things in here would be nice when you’re gone.”
“My underwear, though?”
He nodded, looking at me with blazing eyes. “Especially your underwear.”
I grabbed one of my undies and used it to smack at his shoulder. “Okay, weirdo. Have them while I’m gone.”
He had that look in his eye—the one that said he was going to do very depraved things to them. “I will.”
He grabbed my arm as I swung my undies at him again and pulled me to him. He dropped his head down and kissed me roughly, his tongue piercing through my lips to taste mine. He groaned as I met him stroke for stroke. His hand cupped my ass as he crowded around me, forcing my back against the drawers.
Oh, I did miss this. His rough edge, his possessive touch. He injected heat into my veins with every stroke of his tongue. His erection pressed against my stomach, making me feel empty and wanting.
Fuck, Hunter was one hell of a kisser.
To my surprise, he pulled back, his breathing heavy. “You ready to come out? You haven’t eaten.”
My head spun, still reeling from his kiss. “I’m hungry for many things.”
His smile stretched wide across his face, lazy and so fucking sexy. “You want to fuck, Skye?”
My cheeks heated. “Don’t you?”
He let out a soft groan and placed my hand over his erection. “What do you think?”
I squeezed at his length through the denim, and he let out another hard breath. “I think you do.”
He stared at me like he was about to deliver just that. But then he stepped back. “You gotta eat, Nugget.”
I honestly could have waited before eating, but there was that weird vibe he was giving out again. Filled with nerves, like he wanted me out there and among everyone. I didn’t feel like being social, but I could tell it mattered to him.
Just like they were strangers to me, I was a stranger to them, and I had just walked into their highly guarded nest. I didn’t expect such a thing to be so easy, but I had a feeling they trusted Hunter for this to happen.
And now they needed to trust me.
So, yeah, I didn’t feel like being social at all, but for them, forhim, I would be the loveliest social butterfly this town had ever seen.
