“For once, you can’t be one?”
“When it comes to Skye? No.”
Leo edged closer, his voice lowering as he retorted, “This could have worked, you know. We didn’t have to make this stupid fucking arrangement. If you were fine to have her together, we could have done this all the time—”
“I don’t want to.”
Leo just shook his head. “Asshole.”
Hunter barked out a laugh. “Leo, don’t think I’m fucking stupid, alright? You keep acting like you extended me some fucking courtesy, but you love sharing her with me. You love watching her take my cock—”
“Yeah, I do,” Leo said. “I love seeing her get wrecked by you because I care for your pleasure, too, Hunt. It makes me fucking happy when we’reallfucking happy. I love when she’s touched and fucked by us. I love seeing our come mixed together. It’s a fucking turn-on for me. Again, Hunt, I love it because I fucking care about you both.”
To this, Hunter didn’t respond.
I faced the ocean again, sighing deeply.
“I’m still not sharing her on my turn,” Hunter spoke, tone soft this time. “I can’t, Leo. In my heart, I know she’s mine.”
“She’s ours.”
“No. She’smine.”
Leo didn’t speak for a long time, but when he did, his voice was laced with determination. “We’re going away. I’m taking her to the islands. I’m going to give her the sun, Hunt. Maybe during this time you can think things over. Maybe you’ll realize there can be room for improvement—”
“She belongs to me, Leo, and to the club—”
“Not this time,” Leo retorted, and that was that.
No more talk was made.
When I turned back, Hunter was staring at me. I stared back, trying to read his thoughts, but he was shut down, locked inside his own head.
What are you doing, Skye?
When he finished his smoke, he strode to me, hugging me to his chest in an iron grip. He didn’t kiss me, but he pressed his lips against my throat as his hand slid up my dress, grabbing a chunk of my ass. He squeezed it tight, rubbing his nose along my skin.
“Be seeing you, Nugget,” he whispered, licking once along my skin.
Then he was gone.
