My Fake Fling

I grabbed the door handle and nearly tripped over Kona on my way out. “How in the world did she find us?” Reese asked from behind me.
“She’s my Kona,” I said. “Come on, girl. Let’s go get you some fresh water. You’re a good girl. Always keeping an eye on me.”
“That’s a little creepy,” he said.
We walked downstairs with Kona trotting along beside me. She followed us into the kitchen and did her usual walk around the area. “Is it safe to go out to my car?” I asked.
“It is, but I’ll do it. I forgot I was supposed to unload all the stuff out of there. Look around in the fridge, see if there is anything that appeals to you.”
“I see something that appeals to me.”
“Don’t tease,” he said. “I’ll be back in a few.”
I opened one of the big refrigerators. The thing looked like a supermarket. I knew there was no way he did his own shopping. This was the result of a housekeeper that took care of him. I opened the next refrigerator and pulled out a yogurt I found. With some snooping, I managed to find a spoon. I was halfway through the cup and standing in front of the open freezer when he returned to the kitchen.
“See anything?” he asked.
I looked over to the side and smiled. The man had an amazing body. All hard muscle. The smattering of hair on his chest with the sexy dark trail that trailed from his belly button and disappeared under the waistband of the tight briefs.
“I do, but I think I should get something in my stomach before I have dessert.”
He winked and flashed a cocky grin. “Scoot over. Let me see what I can find in there.”
“It’s a regular market. There’s too much to choose from.”
