There is no way I can be without her, so all my prayers are focused on her wanting me back. I won’t accept anything else.

When I get to Watson’s place, neither his nor Eliana’s car is there, but Val’s little blue Prius is. Pulling in the driveway, I park behind her. Getting out of the car, I make my way to the back door. The detached garage is behind the house. As always, I open it and walk in without knocking. I am surprised to see Val bent over the dryer wearing only a pair of lacy white panties. Her plump ass is right in my face. With the patience of a saint, I stand rooted to the spot. She pulls a garment out of the dryer and throws it over her head. She hasn’t heard me yet, so I make a show of shutting the door loudly. She gasps and turns around, hand clutching her heart. I smile at her which she returns.

“Oh, God, Justin. You scared the shit outta me,” she blurts out causing me to chuckle.

“Sorry about that, Dove,” I manage before she launches herself into my arms, giving me a hug. Instead of returning the embrace, I leave my hands at my sides as always because I know without a doubt that if I touch her, it will all be over, and I won’t be able to stop. It’s then that I notice that she has a short satin thing on, like the kind of thing that goes under a fancy dress. I can’t help the strangled sound in my throat. Damn it, she’s trying to kill me.

“What’s wrong, Justin?” she asks, immediately concerned.

“Nothing,” I say after clearing my throat. “I just need some water,” I lie.

“Oh, dear. How rude of me! Come in, I’ll get you a glass of ice water or if you’d prefer, I just made some sweet tea,” she says leading me into the kitchen.

“Sweet tea,” I say suddenly craving my other weakness. She pours me a glass and hands it to me. Taking a sip, I bask in it. No one makes sweet tea quite like she does.

It makes me wonder what else she can do like no other…

Valentine Ratchford

I have been in love with Justin Glass from the moment I met him. He is my scarred-up warrior with muscles on top of muscles, bronzed skin, dark brown hair that is just barely starting to sparkle with gray at the temple. His eyes are so gray that they look like storm clouds. He has a scar that goes through his left eyebrow, a slightly crooked nose that looks like it has been broken a time or two, perfect lips that I have been dying to feel on my body. Straight white teeth, a strong jaw covered in an amazing beard that I have dreamed about making my thighs red while he fucks my pussy with his tongue. These mega huge shoulders that look like boulders, strong arms that are corded with muscles, tattoos that run down both arms and poke through his shirt by his neck.

He stands at least a foot taller than my 5’3-inch frame. I only go up to his chest, his every hard chest that I want to bite and leave my mark on him so every woman in the whole world knows that he is mine.

I’ve only seen him out of a shirt once. It was through the front window of the new house my mother and I moved into when she married Watson. Justin’s back was to me. I hated what I saw there. Angry look pink scars were all over his back. When he and my new stepdad got done working in the front yard all I wanted to do is go to him, ask what happened. Then kiss all over them, maybe run my tongue over them too. His legs look like tree trunks. He is so big that it looks like all of his clothes are going to burst at the seams. I only hope that I am there to see it happen when it does. I know that I should be intimidated by the sheer size of him compared to my much smaller one but all I have ever felt was safe and protected. With him around, I get the impression that no one could ever hurt me.

When my mother called and told me that she was getting married the day after she met dad number two, I was fuming mad. After all, who marries a man so soon after meeting them? I mean sure. I have never seen her date and my father left us when my mother was still in the hospital after having me. I was born on Valentine’s Day, so she named me Valentine because I was the only love she needed. She has worked two jobs my entire life to make sure that I am taken care of. Yet she still somehow managed to make sure I was fed and helped me with my homework.
