“Agreed,” I said, as he pretended to be enraptured. “I mean, I get why they cast American actors for most of the roles, but at least they tried to get actual Irish and British people where they could, and most of them didn’t do too badly. I was put off at first by the historical inaccuracies until I read the book it was based on and realized that most of the stories were greatly exaggerated from the beginning.”

“Like how?”

“Bill Poole, who Bill the Butcher is based on, is not known to have killed anyone,” I said.

“Well, blow me down,” he said, sounding genuinely surprised.

I really hoped they would be called in for my appointment. It would be mortifying if they knew I was there for counselling. On the upside, I caught a look from Raquel and she actually looked like she was jealous because I was with such a hot guy.

I started to get scared then, because I wasn’t really ready for a confrontation, but Mr. Sexy Pants remained calm, as if he had seen situations much worse than this, and just kept going, talking about the movie as I basked in his beautiful lilt, getting lost in his gorgeous eyes that were as relaxing as lying back and watching clouds on a bright blue sky day.

Chapter Four

Gavin

Well, that was a hell of a day. I was there to see the entertainment lawyer who had said he could help me extend my work permits and no sooner do I get to the bloody building than a gorgeous woman was eye-balling me.

Curvy in all the right places and with dark hair and dark eyes, she was just the sort of woman I liked. Very Galloway girl, if I were honest. She was also really friendly, which was always a plus, since it saved from having to make silly small talk. Aside from the fake small talk to dissuade the approaching bastards from talking to her.

I seriously wanted to head-butt this douchebag of guy. Bring his Yank ass to the tiles. But that could have gotten me arrested, or, at a minimum, deported, and I really didn’t need the headache. Literal or figurative.

My mind raced with what I would like to do with this gorgeous woman, though. She looked quite a bit younger than me, so maybe I’d have to break her in, but that would be fine.

We could start with a bit of oral to get us both ready. I imagined her sweet lips working the shaft of my cock and shuddered a bit. Though not as much as when I imagined burying my face between her thighs.

I wondered if she shaved. I’d heard a lot of American girls did that. Not that the trend was completely lost on Europe, either. I imagined lapping at her smooth, tender pink folds until she moaned with an orgasm.

Then, when she was ready, I would ease my cock inside her and fuck her until she screamed with pleasure. After that, if she was up for it, I might try putting it in her arse.

It seemed too much to hope, since, clearly, she was trying to avoid these assholes, but there was still a possibility that she had come over to talk to me because she was interested in being with me. She had certainly been pretty forward up to that point. At least in comparison to the Catholic girls I was used to back home.

“So, are you two together?” the girl’s sister asked in a supremely bitchy way that most of the girls I knew in Ireland had gotten smacked out of them before they got their first training bra.

I could see my seatmate’s leg shaking and I decided to help her out, first by gently laying my hand on her thigh, to cover up the clear nervous tick and show affection so as to answer their question and get them to bugger off out of here.

“See, Maggie, I knew you’d get over it and move on just fine,” the scumbag guy said.

“Now, honey, please,” the bitchy girl snapped at him. “While it’s clear that you are better off with me, let’s not assume she’s so quickly moved on to someone else. Someone as handsome as him couldn’t possible with you, Maggie. This is like your cousin or something, right? He’s not really your boyfriend.”

I hated the way the little bitch talked to her. She was just a kid, so I tried to cut her some slack, but I had to wonder about how she had been raised to have turned out so mean.

“Yes,” I quickly answered, before Maggie could say anything. “We are together.”

“Told you,” the guy said to the girl, shrugging.

“We’re engaged, actually,” I added. “We’re here for couples counselin’ too. Our church has da same rule.”

“What? How?” the stepsister demanded, looking truly shocked.
