“No fucking way,” I groan fucking into her harder and harder. Our feet and legs are a sticky mess, but it doesn’t matter. When her pussy flutters around me and she shouts my name, I fill her pussy with my seed. I pull out and watch my seed rush back out of her, there was so fucking much. I turn her around and pick her up and carry her to the shower. I shower quickly letting her rest. I know if I stand in there for too long, I’ll take her again and we don’t have time for that. Throwing on some clean boxers, I clean the mess in the kitchen and then put my uniform on. She comes back out in another of my shirts and we hop in my truck and head to her apartment. I go in and wait with her, while she changes.

“Bring some clothes for the next few days,” I shout while she is in her room.

“Okay,” she says laughing.

She comes back out dressed professionally and carrying a little overnight bag.

“You look beautiful,” I say honestly.

“Thank you. I’m ready to go,” she says grabbing her laptop and its charger off the table by the couch and putting it in the bag. I take the bag from her and wait while she locks up behind us.

I drive the few minutes to her office and kiss her before she gets out.

“I’ll pick you up at noon for lunch. I have a hankering for some pancakes from Missy’s,” I tell her.

“Okay,” she says tucking her loose hair behind her ears.

“Then I’ll be back at five to pick you up,” I say letting her know how it’s going to be from now on.

“I don’t get off until six, but you know I’ve been getting myself back and forth for months now.” Her fiery sass makes me hard as rock.

“That ends today, Diamond. See you at noon.”

She nods and gets out of the truck.

“By the way, you look so sexy in that uniform. My panties are soaked.” Then she just shuts the passenger and flits away leaving me to

I have no idea how I am going to make it to noon. I already miss her.

Chapter Four

Maddy

Walking into work I have a new pep in my step. It isn’t until I actually walk into the room where everything happened last night that I remember that Erik and Lanie were not in a good place. I immediately begin to feel guilty thinking about what it must have looked like to her when she walked in here last night.

I need to call her and apologize and explain. I would never in a million years sleep with a married man. Cheating is abhorrent to me. In Regret, South Dakota, the über small town I am from, infidelity destroys so many lives when it happens. I walk behind what is left of my desk and smile remembering how it got broken. But my mind quickly turns back to Lanie and I make to call her from my cell, when the door opens. Erik walks in, smile on his face like nothing happened.

“Erik. I was just about to call Lanie and apologize for last night. I am so sorry. I know what it must have looked like to her. I didn’t mean to cause trouble between the two of you.”

“Maddy, calm down. You didn’t do anything wrong. Neither of us did. You are like my little sister. The truth is, Lanie and I were having a bit of a problem for a few months now. Last night was just the final straw. How are things with you and the sheriff?”

I look away trying to hide the blush from him. He is right. I look at him like a big brother and I definitely don’t want to have this conversation with him.

“I see. That good huh? Well I am happy for you, Maddy. As long as he’s good to you. If you ever need me, I am here.”

“Thanks Erik. Now what needs to be done today?”

“Nothing. I was actually coming here to tell you to go home. I am taking the week off to be with my family. Go be young Maddy. Have fun. Sleep in. Hell. Break Leif out of his shell and make that man have fun. Whatever it is, just be in the moment. I forgot that along the way with my wife and baby. I won’t again. I don’t want to see you back here until Monday.”

He turns and walks out the door leaving me stunned for a moment and not sure what to do. Then I remember that there was an old silent movie playing at the small theater in the historic district. Hmm. I pull out my cell phone and text Leif.

Me: So apparently, I have the next five days off. I don’t know what to do with myself. Lol. Umm…I was wondering if you would want to join me at the 10:00 showing of the old Charlie Chaplin movie showing in the old theater?
