“Are you hungry?”

“Not really, but if you and Sean want to eat that’s fine with me.”

His eyes blazed and his nostrils flared. In a hoarse voice he said, “Come on.”

The cool air of the house blanketed her sun kissed skin and goose bumps scattered over her breasts and shoulders. “Go upstairs and shower, Lib.”

She turned and faced him. His expression was shuttered, but determined. A shiver of excitement tickled her heart followed by a twinge of nervousness. Liberty nodded and silently headed up to her room.

The warm water of the shower revived her sleepy head. She’d definitely gotten a little more sun than she intended that afternoon. After she washed all the salt water from her skin and sand from her hair she dried herself off and methodically applied lotion to her tender pink flesh. Shaking out her damp curls, she slipped into her ivory silk robe. The hem tickled her upper thighs.

When she stepped back into the bedroom she froze. Mason and Sean stood on the opposite sides of the bed, both clad in only a pair of fitted jeans. They each showered and their hair was still wet. The duvet had been stripped off the bed and on the sheet sat a pile of satin sashes, the same sashes Mason showed her earlier that morning in the adult store. Her heart began to race.

“Come here, Liberty.”

She hesitated only a moment and then did as her husband asked, walking slowly and trying to keep her gaze on both men. Sean stood, watching her, with his hands clasped behind his back. She stood in front of Mason and he reached down and quickly tugged the tie of her robe open. “I want to play with you, Liberty. How do you feel about that?”

How did she feel? She felt a lot of different emotions in that moment, anxiety, thrilling excitement, arousal, nervousness. Her flesh felt alive as if it buzzed on her bones with electrical charges that zapped and arced at even the closeness of Mason’s touch. “Okay.”

He smiled. “Sean’s going to play with us.” She nodded her acknowledgement of this. “Good girl. Sean, hand me a sash.” Sean leaned down and slid a silky tie off of the sheet. It came to him with a satin hiss like a snake, away from the others coiled in the center of the bed. Mason slid her robe off her shoulders and it puddled on the floor in a soft heap. “Let me see your hands, Lib.”

She held her hands out in front of her, palms up. Mason drew first the right then the left up to his mouth and gently kissed the backs of her fingers. He placed her wrists together, forming an X with her hands and began to wind the soft material around her skin. He tied the knot expertly and ran his finger under the material to test the give and make sure her circulation wasn’t being affected. Sean came over and did the same. Her nipples were hard and tight just from the simple touch of his hands at her wrists.

Mason stepped back and sat on the upholstered chair in the corner. He lifted his legs and rested them on the stuffed ottoman and leaned back, trusting her in Sean’s care. He watched her for a moment, his fingers steepled, as if contemplating what they would do next. “Liberty, I want you to kiss Sean.”

She quickly turned to face the other man. Sean was watching her. His jaw seemed made of stone and his pupils were huge, leaving only a smoky rim of hazel showing against the dark pools. Liberty was again amazed at how this lighthearted man could suddenly lose all jovialness and appear so intense. She supposed this was what he meant when he said he was an intense partner to please. Her confidence wavered. What if she couldn’t please him?

Sean moved in closer like a great predator. She looked at Mason, his expression intense, but still slightly blanked. Sean’s form blocked her view of her husband. She gazed into his eyes and couldn’t stop the shiver of excitement when the backs of his knuckles grazed her breast. He pinched her nipple and she sucked in a hard breath. “Your husband asked you to kiss me, Libby.”

Her entire body shook with the intensity of the moment. This wasn’t what normal married couples did. She knew it was wrong. Her mother’s remembered words trespassed on the moment.

“You will always be treated like a whore, because you’re too weak to say no. Every time a man touches you, he will use you, because that’s all you deserve. Girls who act like little sluts get treated that way. You can’t blame a man for taking what you dangle in his face.” She quickly buried the cruel memories skipping through her mind.
