“And I got to pretend that I had an adult beverage.” I slurped down the rest of my kiddie cocktail before fishing out a cherry and biting off the stem.

Harlowe jumped off her chair. “The guys aren’t here yet. I’m going to grab us another round.”

Lucy and Bridget finished off their cocktails while Harlowe headed over to the bar. Although we didn’t spend a lot of time here, all the employees knew who we were. The bartender held a finger up to the customer he was speaking with and walked away to see what Harlowe needed. He poured our drinks before moving back toward the other customers. Lucy jumped up to help Harlowe carry them over to our table. I clapped my hands together and bounced in my seat when I saw the stack of cherries pierced by a plastic sword set on top of the ice of my drink. “Gimme.”

Harlowe laughed as she handed the glass over to me. “Yeah, you looked like you could eat about a dozen of those, so I told the bartender not to be so skimpy this time.”

“Thanks.” I grinned before tugging one of the cherries off the sword to eat it. I’d only made it halfway through them when I heard the rumble of bikes outside. A couple of minutes later, four hot men strode into the bar. I only had eyes for one, though. And he was all mine.

“Hey, baby. You ready to head home?” Hack asked, bending low to give me a deep kiss before turning to glare at the group of men who’d tried to order drinks for us. The other guys similarly claimed their women, making me giggle and roll my eyes.

“Sure, my sexy stalker.” I scooted to the edge of the booth, and he helped me up. “Let’s get home so we can let whichever prospect got stuck sitting in our living room in case Lexi woke up off the hook.”

His lips pressed together, and I giggled, knowing that it had to have driven my husband up the wall to leave our house while our toddler was asleep in her room. Hack trusted his brothers with his life without question, but he hated to leave his little princess or me in anyone else’s hands but his own. I’d had to do some creative begging—on my knees—to get him to agree to this night out in the first place. His protective instincts went on overdrive when I was pregnant, but knowing I would be in a bar owned by the Silver Saints, and he could use the security videos to watch me the whole time, had helped convince him.

Link went to toss some cash on the table, but Mac beat him to it. There would normally be a pissing contest to see who would pay, but not when the Silver Saints’ president was involved. The other guys grumbled and wrapped their arms around their women. We walked out of the bar as a group, and I sighed when I saw the gleaming black truck parked next to the trio of motorcycles. “One downside to pregnancy is not being able to wrap my body around yours while we ride.”

“You’ll be on the back of my bike soon enough. When it’s safe again.” Hack helped me into the truck and buckled me in.

I waited until he’d rounded to the driver’s side, climbed in, and started the engine. Then I gripped his thigh and squeezed. “That’s okay. I’d rather ride you anyway.”

He slid my hand up to cover the hard length pressed against his zipper. “Any day or time, baby. I’m all yours.”

I took him up on his offer as soon as we hit our bedroom. And again when I woke up. His morning wood never went to waste when I was pregnant.
