Torn Apart (Torn and Bound Duet 1) - Page 70

He sits up and his dick juts out. It’s so thick and hard and the head is purple like it’s angry. “What about you?” I ask.

“I’ll take a quick shower and rub one out,” he says with a wink.

“Just because we aren’t having sex right now, doesn’t mean I can’t make you feel good the way you made me feel good.” I sit up and push him onto his back. Before he can argue, I grip his erection and stroke it up and down.

“Mia,” he breathes. “Are you—”

His words are cut off when I wrap my lips around the head of his dick and suck him into my mouth, inch by delicious inch. I’ve never tasted a dick before, but I’m pleasantly surprised. He tastes clean mixed with a slight masculine musk. I have no clue what the hell I’m doing, so I just do whatever comes to me.

Using my hands and mouth and tongue, I suck and pump and lick. Brayden moans and curses under his breath, so I assume I’m doing something right. Then his dick swells beneath my touch, and a salty taste hits my tongue, just before Brayden fists my mane and lifts me off him. I watch with fascination as ropes of cum shoot from the slit of his head, landing all over my breasts and his thighs.

“Was it good?” I ask, curious if my first blowjob went okay.

Brayden laughs. “It was mind-blowing.”

A phone vibrates again, snapping us out of the moment. “We better get cleaned up and ready to go.” I lean over his cum-covered dick and kiss him. “And in case I haven’t said it enough, thank you for being here.”“You ready to go?” Brayden asks, stepping into my room. He’s dressed in a pair of jeans and an Ice Hawks hoodie with his bag slung over his shoulder.

“I am,” I tell him, zipping up my luggage and rolling it behind me.

Since I didn’t want to risk my mom throwing a fit, after we got home from the charity function last night, we went to our separate rooms. I had left my phone at home, not wanting to deal with whoever was calling, but after I got changed into my pajamas and laid in bed, I let my curiosity get the better of me and checked.

Three calls from my mom.

One from my dad.

One from Sasha—along with a text asking where I’ve been.

None from Ashton.

I laid in bed and debated whether to call or text him, but couldn’t bring myself to do it. Then I called Drew, but it went to his voicemail.

Maybe it’s for the best. What Ashton’s doing to me hurts, and I don’t want to hurt anymore. If he’s going to act like this, then as much as it kills me, maybe it’s time we go our separate ways. But even as I thought those thoughts, a lump formed in my throat and my stomach roiled.

And then Brayden FaceTimed me, and we spent the rest of the night from our separate rooms talking and laughing, until we both fell asleep with our phones next to us.

Now it’s morning and after having brunch with my parents, we’re going to head home. Since Drew chartered him a plane here, instead of us flying separately, we’re going to fly together on my family’s jet.

We get downstairs and both leave our luggage by the staircase. We enter the dining room and it’s empty.

“Nancy,” I call out to the maid who takes care of the house full-time.

“Yes, Miss Lexington?”

“Are my parents here?”

“No, your mother got a call this morning that the producer needed to do some reshoots and your father was called into emergency surgery.”

“Oh.” And of course neither of them thought to tell me… “Okay, thanks.”

“You okay?” Brayden asks, his voice etched with concern.

“Yep.”

“You can tell me the truth.” What he means is, he’s witnessed my parents’ behavior firsthand and knows how fucked-up my family is.

“It’s just so typical of her. She demands I come here and once I’ve fulfilled my obligation, she drops out of sight. And my dad…” I shrug. “I shouldn’t even care. I didn’t even want to come here. You saw the way my mom treats me…” I had hoped Brayden sticking up for me at breakfast would’ve put her on her best behavior, but nope. The entire time at the event, she picked at me. She made sure to steer clear of the food conversation, but she had no problem finding other things wrong with me. At one point Brayden was so sick of her digs, he abruptly cut her off and told her he needed to show me something.

“They’re still your parents,” he says. “And you love them.”

“They are… and I do.” But I also love myself and don’t ever want to sink as low as I did before.

“Wanna get something to eat on the way?” Brayden offers. “I was thinking something with bread.” He shoots a wink my way and I laugh.
