“Oh?” Min looked innocently at her three-quarters full glass. “But I’m not ready yet.”
Hunter zoned out from the amusing scene of the horror on Logan’s face. He tightened his grip on Luisa. “Let’s go.”
“Yes please.” She looked at him with the softest eyes. She
was glowing—his sun. His everything. “Take me home.”
“We’re already there,” he muttered. He had a home, a heart, with her. As long as they were together, that was all there was. He didn’t give a damn about anything else.
Her eyes lit up and her kiss-swollen lips curved with sensual beauty. “I don’t think I can wait ’til we get to my apartment,” he muttered as he walked her through the hotel. “I just want to kiss you all over. Strip you naked.”
“Keep talking,” she murmured, kissing him. “Tell me all about it in the cab ride.”
Whispering erotic promises and threats to her was the most fun ever. He chuckled as he breathed in her scent, even as his heart beat so hard he thought it might burst.
In his small, suddenly perfect home, she faced him. “I’m here. As long as I’m alive, I’m never leaving. I’m yours.”
“And I’m yours.”
For the first time in his life, he had everything he wanted. Her, with certainty. He had forever in his arms.
