“Can’t help myself. You’re fucking perfect.”
I kiss him. “Answer the question.”
“I’m trying very hard not to think about that.”
“Brent.”
He sighs. “Look, Hannah is just… she’s smart. But she’s also deep in that bubble I mentioned.”
“That doesn’t really explain it.”
“I’m sorry I can’t explain it to your satisfaction then.”
I roll my eyes. “Seriously. They’re your cousins, right? They’re not core family.”
“Technically, they are core. Their father is a Lofthouse, just like mine is.”
“But your dad’s the older one, right?”
“True.”
“And he’s sort of like… in control.”
“Well. Sort of.”
I shift against him. I let him look at my breasts for a second, smiling. “Come on. Think.”
“Look, she’s an asshole. What else can I say?”
“You said she’s smart.”
“Yes, she’s smart. She doesn’t want people snooping around the family.”
“But… why?”
“Because… we’re secretive?” He frowns slightly. “I’ve never thought about this before, if I’m honest. I was just brought up not to talk about my family or my family’s wealth. It’s just not done.”
“In particular, I could tell she wanted me out of here. I think something’s up there.”
“You could be right.” He chews his lip as his eyes look at my body again. “You’re really fucking distracting.” He palms my breasts and licks a nipple.
I laugh and push him off. I sit up and grab my bra, putting it on.
He groans. “Don’t torture me.”
“I’m not. I’m putting you out of your misery. It’s for your own good.”
“I’ll just think about it.”
“Then think all you want.” I grab my shirt, put it on, then go about finding my panties. He just lies there, half hard, watching me. I get dressed then sit back down and kiss him, throwing his boxer briefs in his face.
He laughs and puts them on. “You’re the worst.”
“No, I think you are.”
“Please. You like that I’m already getting hard for you. You’re only dodging because you couldn’t take it a second time.” He sits up and kisses me. “But we’ll get that.”
I bite my lip. “Yeah?”
“Absolutely.”
I kiss him. “Maybe, maybe not. We’ll see.” I get up and look around. “Unfortunately, you left my cane in the other room.”
He stretches. “Oh, that’s a shame. I guess we’ll have to stay in here and figure out how to amuse ourselves.”
“Nope. Pick me up, big man. I want to shower and take a nap so I can forget about this awful day.”
“Yes, mistress.” He grins at me. “Whatever you wish.”
I wink at him. He finishes dressing then scoops me up again like I’m nothing. He kisses me.
“Your chariot awaits,” he says.
I laugh and he carries me out of the room.16BrentWe both sleep like the dead.
It feels good to wake up fully rested with a beautiful woman in my bed. I kiss her gorgeous curving spine and palm her tight ass. She sits and grins at me and I slip out of bed. “Morning,” I say.
“Morning yourself.” She eyes me as I walk to the bathroom.
I’m still naked from the night before.
I smile as I brush my teeth. I take a quick shower. When I get out, she’s still in bed, but wearing an old t-shirt and shorts.
“That’s a shame,” I say.
“What is?”
“You put on clothes.”
She rolls her eyes but she’s smiling. “We can’t be naked all the time.”
“Like I said. That’s a shame.”
She sighs dramatically then gets up to use the bathroom. She showers while I call down to Archie, asking for breakfast to be brought to the room. When she’s out, the tray arrives with coffee, eggs, toast, and jam.
We eat, sitting on the couches. I kick my feet up and sip the coffee.
“Okay,” I say, “I have to admit, I did miss some things about being home.”
“It’s not that bad.” She grins at me. “You have room service.”
“It’s absurd, I know.”
“But amazing.” She sips her coffee and cocks her head. “So I have to ask. What’s the plan?”
“Plan?” I raise an eyebrow.
“Well, we can’t just spend forever in bed, can we?”
“Oh, darling Amber. I think we definitely could.”
She laughs and waves me off. “Come on. Eventually, we have to deal with my dad. He’s not just going to go away.”
I nod slowly. “I know. I’ve been thinking about that.”
“And?”
“And I’m working on it.”
“So you have no clue.”
I laugh and stretch. “I’m working on it.”
“Okay, okay.”
“For now, we’ll hang tight. I’ll figure something out.”
“I’m just worried we don’t have long.”
“Why?”
“I don’t know how long your parents are going to let me stay here.”
I make a face. “That’s true. But I think we’ll have some more time at least.”
“I hope so.”
He gets up and walks over. He leans down and kisses me when there’s a knock at the door.
He hesitates then answers it. Lora rushes into the room.
“Okay, hi, good morning,” she says, looking around. “This place is a wreck. What did you two do? Never mind, gross, don’t want to know.”
“Lora,” I say.
“Right, hey, sorry.” She puts her laptop on the coffee table and flips it open. “I hate to do this again, buuut…”
